Super fast service ... product (motherboard) arrived quickly and in perfect (refurbed) working order, was well packaged and was clean / as new. Would gladly use JW Computers again without hesitation. Will like to visit the physical store sometime.

Purchased a large mouse mat and had no problems at all. Excellent communications and shipping information with the only issue being slow postage, week late. But let’s be reasonable, COVID-19 was probably to blame anyway.

The Search function on the online store provided all the options for me to compare. Specifications were very detailed, allowing me to determine what best suited my needs. Ordering was super simple, allowing for multiple payment methods. The Delivery was quick. The final product works perfectly, greatly meets my needs, & is as specified.

Everything was good. the only semi problem i have is that my package was left on my front door in the sun, but everything else is very good. THe tech support was also amazing. overal my experience with Jw, is very positive

I had an order cancelled after 3 days by another supplier that advertised the monitor despite having no stock.
I reordered with JW and they processed my order promptly and delivered my new monitor within a couple of days, despite general issues and delays around COVID-19. Well done JW, will definately use you again :)

The online store was easy to navigate and immediate advice of Courier tracking - however it seems the courier lost the first parcel, and there was minimal communication from JW or the Couriers, requiring me to follow both of them up before another item was despatched, and delivered promptly.

Customer service is non-existent. I tried to contact the store on multiple occasions via phone, email, and left numerous messages. I am still waiting for a response. Every time I try to make contact over the phone it just rings out. Is it really that hard to return a phone call or to respond to an email? They have no issues processing your payment at breakneck speed. If i could give zero stars I would. You are better off spending your money at one of their competitors who value their customers.
