I had bonnie who helped me heaps! She helped set up direct debit payments, helped set up my online account and help set up a refund for credit that I didn't know I have. Bonnie did this all for me through the chat service. :)

Contacted about an offer from another company. Spoke to Bonnie and she happily bettered the offer with no lock in contract and backdated to out last meter reading. Fantastic service by WA owned company so I know my money stays here.

Great the Kleenheat offers loyalty to their existing customers, honor us by giving us great offers against their competitors to keep us going with them. Quick and polite chatbot staff guided and helped me through the process.

I originally went into my Kleenheat gas account to change debit details after my credit card was compromised and cancelled by the bank. After doing so i went onto the Kleenheat chat line being assisted by Bonnie who after sorting out all of my concerns later asked if i was a WA senior card holder (which i was). It turns out that i was able to obtain a bigger discount from Kleenheat.
Thanks again Bonnie as you appreciated on my behalf ... every little helps.
Especially when you are a retiree.

I'm with Kleenheat for my gas. I came to Kleenheat out of desperation with my previous supplier, but I'm so glad I did.

Transfering to Kleenheat was simple, quick and painless. I had one problem with a defective meter (not a Kleenheat problem - an infrastructure problem) and Kleenheat had this resolved in 48 hours without cost or disruption.

I've now been with Kleenheat for four years without any problem, and with very reasonable bills - thank you!

I also was assisted by the lovely Bonnie and she had me sorted in no time. Through a delay in settlement of our old and new properties, we had to postpone the changeover date of our gas account and Bonnie was right onto it. So quick and painless!

Everything else I pay by direct debit is invoiced then payment acknowledged. No regular invoice, no acknowledgement of payment. I wonder if it is ethical? I'm wondering if I should get my gas from someone else.

Since joining Kleenheat gas over 4 years ago we have had nothing but excellent customer service plus our gas bills have reduced significantly which is always a bonus. We like Kleenheat so much we have recommended their services to family members.

Hello, I was just looking at the remarks that people have put on the Origin page which looks to be very very negative and so then I looked at your reviews from customers, exactly the opposite which is lovely. We have been with alinta energy forever, so I thought maybe its time to compare with what you supply to customers. Account Service Fee 6.92 cents per day for 92 days
Residential Gas Usage. First 5.98 Units per day @ 14.70 cents per unit for 92 Days
