Payments
Everything else I pay by direct debit is invoiced then payment acknowledged. No regular invoice, no acknowledgement of payment. I wonder if it is ethical? I'm wondering if I should get my gas from someone else.

Savings all year round..
Since joining Kleenheat gas over 4 years ago we have had nothing but excellent customer service plus our gas bills have reduced significantly which is always a bonus. We like Kleenheat so much we have recommended their services to family members.

Competitive prices
I never have any dramas with my service. Prices are more competitive, direct debits make it easy and you get flybuys points on top of that! The whole process was pretty simple

I’ve found the prices and customer service really good! You can add your flybuys and RAC number to get discounts too
I had Gas installed at my home while I was building.
Don’t know because how long it took because I got it done while I built.
It’s Never dropped out as far as I know.

Prompt and Professional Service
Dealt with Bonnie today (via online chat) and had my overdue payment issue (and possible disconnection) resolved in less than 2 minutes. Bonnie was not only very professional, but also a friendly customer service representative to deal with too! Never have a problem with Kleenheat and am always happy with their service. Excellent support through the chat, professional attitude and fast answer to my query. Congrats.
I simply asked to add my partner on the invoice which they cannot do but they sent me a document stating that we are both on the contract for the premise. That helps me a lot.

Great Service
Needed a letter for Immigration purposes, and as I am new customer, and have to wait 3 months for a bill. Bonnie was helpful in providing a letter to Confirm me as an account holder with my address on it. A relief.

The representative who helped me on the chat function, "Bonnie" was super nice, super, SUPER helpful AND I got the solution I needed. All in next to no time as well. Simply splendid example of customer service. Something the other service providers could learn from.
