My laser treatment was quick and painless, and my therapist was very helpful and professional. She answered some questions i had which made me feel at ease, thank you for a great laser experience.

A very professional, skilled staff member has been treating me for a period of time. I'm impressed with her level of care and concern particularly initially, when she realised I was a little uncomfortable and unsure about the treatment I was to undergo.

I went in for a top up (which I do maybe twice a year). It didn’t even feel like the machine was on and the therapist was not very thorough - covering large sections quickly. I barely felt anything and the hair grew back after a few days. Waste of my money.

I always leave happy after treatments here. The ladies are professional but also very down to earth. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get laser treatment, weather it be your 1st time or just a new place to try. I have been getting brazilian and under arm laser hair removal for a 18+ months. I have seen a variety of staff over this time and they are always lovely and make me feel comfortable in an intimate situation. It makes the whole experience better. I have seen consistent results and if I have any questions, they are always more than happy to answer them in a way that shows that they have knowledge about the process.

I’ve had laser hair removal done in several clinics & on several areas of my body. This is the first time I’ve had discolouration.
The therapist was careless & flippant when I told her she was skipping sections.
Not recommended.
I emailed the company twice, I didn’t receive any response back.
