Ben was great and it was not the normal painful experience of trying to contact banks. I highly recommend Lendi to anyone who thinks that they are being over charged by their bank.

The ability to upload all documents through Lendi meant that I could get a loan without having downtime from work.

This is a hard time for everyone. I was in the middle of applying to refinance my property when COVID-19 hit and my broker at Lendi went totally silent. I emailed 3 time and even tried to call and message through the site and was met with contempt for even trying to communicate with these offices during this time. I have no idea if my application was submitted or if I even have a chance to refinance at a time that I really need to. I could lose my house now because I was waiting on Lendi and they greatly just let me down. I wouldn't trust these people to even respond to an email let alone get you a good deal on refinancing your home. How hard is it to return communication with a client? RUDE.

I recently contacted Lendi to review my mortgage and find me a better deal to take advantage of current low interest rates. Susan has been great to deal with; knowledgeable, thorough and professional and has kept me informed at all stages. So easy, should have done it sooner. Only took a couple of calls and about an hour of my time. Stayed with my current big name lender saving 1% and many thousands of dollars per year. My bank wouldn't budge on rates so Lendi made it happen. The initial customer service and follow up was second to none.

We re-financed so we can get a better interest rate. The broker went through all the available lenders that was suited to our situation and found one with a lot better rate than we had saving a good deal of our repayments. It was a quick turnaround considering it was quite involved. The broker and the new bank were great with helping with the documents and almost all document can be done online including the loan contract signing which makes the process so easy. I will use Lendi again for future loans. I like to give a special mention to the broker Zachery.
