He is very professional and knowledgable and, despite being a stressful time to apply for a loan, the process was smooth because of him.

Our whole experience with Loan Studio was one of great customer service, responsiveness, flexibility, and a willingness to help and accommodate or needs as much as possible. Gabby, Caryel, and Carlota all went out of their way to make the journey as smooth and trouble-free for a couple of novices as possible, and were patient explaining everything to us (sometimes repeatedly), kept us informed when things didn’t go to plan, and updated us with what they were doing to fix anything that went wrong. Huge thanks to Del and Chris of Loan Studio for contacting us for a loan health check and assisting us with refinancing for a better rate.
They gave us a few options once we've told them of the loan facilities that we require.
Once that was resolved, the process was seamless and we were getting regular emails to keep track of the settlement progress.
Finally settled and very happy with our new loan!

Anyone I dealt in loan studio were thorough professional and I guess some of the best in market. Loan was timely approved, payments were timely arranged with no hassle, they always on top of whenever any requirement from builder/bank. Plus this all for no cost. This is kind of service I wouldn't mind even paying. So highly recommended...
