Store is fine. Delivery was timely.
Pants sizing is WAY off every other brand globally.
XL is sized for a M with 47 footlong legs.
I've never had tracksuit pants induce anxiety before these.
Cost to return outweighed by the time it would take me. Cheaper to throw them out than return.
The size 10 left shoe I received cannot be faulted for its comfort and fit. That’s the glass-half full part. The glass-half empty part is the size 9 right shoe.

Placed an order online 16 Sep 21, funds taken from my account that day. As at 04 Oct 21 still waiting to receive my order. Delivery takes so long, almost like it's coming from overseas and, I've had better service from overseas shopping. Lowes on-line service definitely needs improvement, customers shouldn't have to wait nearly 3 weeks for their order to be delivered, after all, it's YOUR customers that are keeping you going and apparently; Lowes have maintained a simple, down to Earth integrity in the way they have conducted business for over a century .
Still waiting, waiting, waiting.... Very doubtful that I will place an online order through Lowes again.

I ordered 2 pullovers on line. I had purchased these exact pullovers previously and I wear them as part of a uniform. I wear them every day during winter so it is no surprise that they 'pill up' after a month or so. At the price, I cannot complain.
The jumpers arrived in good time and the communication from the delivery company was professional. Also, I received reminders on line.
I have been a customer of Lowes since 1965 so that is now 61yrs.
I will definitely buy more. In fact I will be buying another pair of jeans on line after I finish this review.

Placed an order last week online. Still waiting to receive it. Delivery takes so long almost like it's coming from overseas. Definitely needs improvement. Shouldn't have to wait over a week for an item to be delivered. Still waiting. Never again will I place an online order through Lowes.
Completely satisfied with ordering process and purchase delivered on time and as expected. Process was easy and using PayPal meant security of purchase.

It took 8 months to process a school uniform order and they are the only supplier so it wasn’t like I could go elsewhere! Order has only been processed, I still haven’t received the goods! And to top it off when I submitted a complaint about the process they totally ignored it!! One star rating is too generous!

After reading all the poor reviews I was really hesitant to order online. I did how ever, and I had an excellent experience. 2 shirts turned up in a timely fashion as ordered. Well done.

I ordered a cotton V-neck vest, and it fits perfectly! delivery was so fast (2 day delivery and it came early in the morning). the quality of the clothing is perfect! even though im a female, the men sizes for perfectly on me. Definitely going to order again. I love it so much!! thank you LOWES :)
Bought and paid for 4 items online. Received 3 items, no refund. Contacted the online store, spoke to [name removed]: "oh, really...but we will send you the 4th item"....No notification that the 4th item will be delayed. [name removed] is useless, no communication skills. Lowes online is terrible. I emailed them and they blocked my email address. Save yourself a heartache and do not shop at this store. They are not worth it.
Order place on 7th September and not resolved until personally attend store to resolve. Extremely poor online services.Order took 2 months and was not completed. attended store myself to the fix my order. What's the point of placing orders for delivery when you have to solve the problem yourself

Trying to enquire about some microfibre shorts online. Sent chat online query never heard back, tried ringing two stores nobody answered the phone, not good customer service! Lowes need to get there act together.

I received a collections default notice, so they have my details. Funny thing is no one ever sent me an invoice, text, bothered to call to let me know about a $10 subscription renewal. We’ve now pulled all our business uniforms from Lowes and will shop elsewhere. How unprofessional.

Ordered three trackpants received two, and have been trying to talk to the manager never in .worse customer service in the world. Please never order with this company . They will not look after customers .
