Hello, where can I get the product manual for this?
the product instruction book is included with the warranty when you purchase the machine from Aldi.
No idea - sorry. Try Google maybe...
How long the warranty?
after the warranty how to serve it if need to serve ?

Warranty: 1 year.
Servicing... wouldn't be worth the money as this is a cheap/$$$ unit.
Replacement accessories... I wouldn't bother (see above).

I have used my cleaner each week for 18 months and have not had a problem. I have a 3 year warranty on my machine. When it fails then I will replace it if possible with the same. Parts are easy to replace, I have replaced a couple of the portable tools without any problem and at no cost.
Where I can buy this machine?
Aldi have this machine for sale during the year. As with all Aldi products, it is only available for a short time. sorry, but I don't think that it is available currently. You could ask Aldi when they might be stocking this product? I can't be of any further assistance on this product's availability.
In store now (Vic) just purchased one!
I have mine operating on the "blow" mode and cannot work out how to return it to "Suction".
Can anyone help?
It is possible to use the vacuum as a 'blower' by attaching the hose to the 'outlet socket' located on the right hand side of the machine - I suggest this is the issue you are having. Remove from this connection and reinstall at the middle/front area.
Not easy to discuss 'blowing and sucking' issues on vacuums without it sounding a bit 'pervy' I regret!
