MISLEADING! Extremely Unhappy Customer!
Very disappointed!! An item was displayed at one price and then when I put it in my cart, the price jumped up by $220. I called and explained the issue, even sent screenshots of the sale price on my computer screen with date and time stamp. All they could say was that the sale price could not be honored.

Disgraceful 1000 tc sheet package don’t purchase it is the thinnest sheet set I can see directly through it
I purchased reduced 1000 thread count black sheet packaged there is no way known I have always bought 1000 thread count but should of realised by the discount price maybe at best 200 thread count at best will never purchase anything like this again false advertising

Worst Customer Service Ever
I would rate 0 if I can, the customer service is horrible and to be honest, RUDE !
Bought a bed frame at full price, a week later, it was put on sale. So a gap of 120 dollars.
So I rang them up to see if anything can be done at this point. I was told I can only go through the return process. non-sense !
So, try to return it under 30 days return policy, turns out to be, the company is not responsible for organising return, so you have to organize and insure the item yourself, and even !, and even you personally return the item by yourself, you will still be charged $45 for delivery fees. Ridiculous.
So, buying from this website is purely depends on luck and forget about the return policy !

Do not buy from this company
1st item damaged.
2nd item- cancelled order after Natalie spoke so appalling to me. She is aggressive, she has attitude that is not acceptable to a customer service manager. This company is constantly lying about the delays. Check previous reviews. Do not believe the 5 star ones on google as they could be fake.
Cheap furniture- bunk bed paint is coming off everywhere and we have only had it for 4 months.

Wine fridge
Bought a wine fridge in mid 2018
It stopped working within 2 months
Contacted luxo livung to get it returned /exchanged/refunded
Zero response
Contacted them again and was sent to another unresponsive department
Tried to drop product back, they said they couldn’t take it
The lack of response played out for a further 9 months till warranty expired
I will never buy anything from them again, the quality is poor and service non existent

Excellent product!! Excellent service! Highly recommended!
I bought two timber bunkbeds online. The price was amazing, shipping super fast and the quality of the product was absolutely fantastic.
Unfortunately the ladder on one of the bunkbeds cracked but just one email and a few photos later, Eichen from customer service was onto it. She arranged for another ladder to be sent asap. Within just a few days the new ladder and a few extra pieces arrived.
I'm very impressed with the efficiency and competency with which the customer service representative who helped me.
Very happy doing business with luxo living. Would highly recommend and would happily shop there again.

This company is a rip-off
Zero star for this company. This is a terrible company. I do not wish to write them any styles they don’t want to give you the time of day. I had a fridge delivered that was dropped and damaged they will not replace it they will not call me back, it is now been a month and I’m sure nothing still will happen. I don’t even think [name removed] and [name removed] exist as you can never get hold of them they are supposed to call but never do. Delivery wasn’t even on time but it’s stated he couldn’t get hold of the delivery driver on the number he called from obviously fake as well. No one will bother to call you back they send an email every now and then they pretend that [name removed] will get back to you she’s out of the office they pretend [name removed] is on holidays no one ever calls back you get an email at some ungodly hour in the morning so obviously these people I’m not in Australia I don’t expect good service from them. I would not suggest that anyone ever buys anything from them as you’ll be taken for a ride products are second rate if you’re better off spending your money on a recognised company, one that is tangible that you can see in Australia this company is out to just get your money and rip you off and supply you with whatever they want to just to get the money and then forget about you don’t expect any service after you have paid your money. They should be arrested kicked out of Australia if anyone is here if not find but I’m sure then they would set up another company and do the same thing all over again. I find it very hard to leave a review as they expect you to write 120 characters which you do and then you can’t send it because it won’t let you send it so again reviews are fake and if you’re lucky enough to get your bad review onto this site then I Poor delivery service terrible phone service terrible caseworker terrible manager terrible overall company still has a replacement still haven’t seen a working fridge still haven’t had a phone cool is this company even in Australia.Similar opinion? Had a minor issue with the Triple Bunk Bedframe and contacted the Support Team. Eichen replied and even rang me within the next 30mins.

Sturdy bunk bed
Very happy with this product. The top single bunk is removable so it can be used as a standalone double bed later. Takes 3 people to assemble and some parts are quite heavy but that means it is sturdy. We had one piece damaged in transit but Eichen in customer service is super efficient and sent us out a replacement quickly. Will order from this website again!

Purchased a Cybercool 190 approx 1 year ago. The fridge is perfect for my needs and is the only reasonably priced fridge that has heated glass and mullions, thus no condensation. Communicated with Support Officer Eichen re a small warranty related issue and can only say that the issue was handled perfectly. Well done Eichen.

Don’t purchase from this store.
I ordered a mattress on line ( queen ) king delivered. From the outset they never sent any confirmation email. Could not find my order etc. it’s taken two weeks ( several back and forth emails, phone calls not returned. Absolute time wasting. They will not assist with the problem any further and have simple said case closed. It’s there word against mine because I was never sent any purchase order etc. don’t purchase with this company. Awful service.

Price of couch dropped down and I paid over $150 more, did not get refund
Worst customer service. Will never buy again. As a first time customer I was supposed to get a voucher, when I rang the following day for the voucher they said a big NO and they charged heaps. When I said I want to cancel the order, they said they can't do it, unbelievable. They just want easy money. So greedy and the couch does not worth the price I paid for.

hopeless and terrible customer service
i brought a sauna and it stopped working 6 months later ive emailed them 5 months ago and called the they havent fixed my sauna i want a full refund or it fixed and still nothing i call the regularly and they say there getting a election to come fix it but thats been another 6 weeks . ive been in business for along time this is the worst company ive ever brought anything from . i wouldnt even give them 1 star

NO service, product BREAKS EASY
Easy enough to buy but the good stuff ends there.
- Im good at assembling things but this thing doesnt quiet go together - call, no service
- a few months later the whole thing blows/shorts or tsomething - call, no service
Been calling every other day and I get the same story "we will email the service team and they will call you"

Poor service
Purchased outdoor furniture for $270, which was lost by Australia Post, who then refunded Luxo Living. When I followed up with them, they offered me a replacement product valued at $160, without offering to refund the difference or even mentioning that there was a cost differential. Seems they are trying to make a profit off customers and are not being upfront.

Hi Kim, The most efficient way to clean upholstery is by steam cleaning. However the Lambeth sofa covers are removeable so you may like to remove the covers and wash on a delicate machine cycle.

Hi I’ve just gone to bring the email up and print the instructions and the instructions that have been emailed are for Cato 2 in 1. This is now the second time I have a day off to get this bed made and again your company has let me down. I clearly asked for the Cornelia triple bunk bed instructions.
