I ordered a Cornelia triple bunk bed and it was delivered Friday. I've gone to assemble it today and there are no instructions. Im back at work tomorrow and need it assembled for Christmas. Can you urgently forward me an instruction manual to [email protected] ?

Hi I’ve just gone to bring the email up and print the instructions and the instructions that have been emailed are for Cato 2 in 1. This is now the second time I have a day off to get this bed made and again your company has let me down. I clearly asked for the Cornelia triple bunk bed instructions. I’ve tried calling your 24-7 phone line which yet again has nobody answering it. Can you please forward me the cornelia triple bunk instructions.

Why do you lie about the dispatch time frame of "24 hours"?

I received my purchases in 48 hours. Delivery time was ok and sales rep was great. Unfortunately, I had problems with the quality of the products I purchased from Luxo Living. Missing screws from my lounge and had to buy from Bunnings. Another purchase was Luxo Grace Fireplace where the wooden frame has paint coming off and corners cracked and the actual heater metal frame was bent (must be from the way courier delivered with no care?)

We apologise that your heater arrived Damaged in Transit. We offer Free Transit Insurance to all of our customers which covers you if in the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged. I have checked your claim and I can see that a replacement heater is due to leave our warehouse today for you. The tracking number will be emailed to you by your case worker this afternoon.
