how do I clean my lambeth seat covers for my lounge

Hi Kim, The most efficient way to clean upholstery is by steam cleaning. However the Lambeth sofa covers are removeable so you may like to remove the covers and wash on a delicate machine cycle.

Hi I’ve just gone to bring the email up and print the instructions and the instructions that have been emailed are for Cato 2 in 1. This is now the second time I have a day off to get this bed made and again your company has let me down. I clearly asked for the Cornelia triple bunk bed instructions. I’ve tried calling your 24-7 phone line which yet again has nobody answering it. Can you please forward me the cornelia triple bunk instructions.

I just took delivery of an Esben 3 seat sofa and cannot get the armrests on in manner, tried both sides with each of the arms and neither seem possible (there seems to be around a 1cm gap which would probably deem the product faulty). Are you able to send through an assembly video so I can determine whether the item is faulty or not?

Unfortunately the Sabina model LBSABINAQ-SA-BLACK has been discontinued for quite a few years now and it is not compatible with any other models as we currently stock as suppliers have changed. Why do you lie about the dispatch time frame of "24 hours"?

I received my purchases in 48 hours. Delivery time was ok and sales rep was great. Unfortunately, I had problems with the quality of the products I purchased from Luxo Living. Missing screws from my lounge and had to buy from Bunnings. Another purchase was Luxo Grace Fireplace where the wooden frame has paint coming off and corners cracked and the actual heater metal frame was bent (must be from the way courier delivered with no care?)

Could you please tell Natalie to please do not threaten me by stating I will not be reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses incurred upon me by Luxo Living. I never said at any time I was going to dispose of the items and never would. I will not be threatened. I just asked if could Luxo Living could arrange for pickup of items preferably tomorrow. I do not give bank details out over the web. Everyone knows that is dangerous. Well almost everyone. Being professional is about following up complaints that clients have with your company. Not ignoring emails, keeping clients on hold on the phone for excessively long periods in hope they will hang up, calling clients back when they go out of their way to contact you about concerns at a time when staff are not available. More importantly do not threaten clients when communication is taken out of context. Be courteous and pleasant and listen to your clients. That is professional. So many faults it is not funny. Thank you.

Has anyone purchased the Tacita Fabric Bed with Storage Drawers or something similar from this company? We are desperate to find a bed with good drawers underneath, and this is the only that that looks like it'll fit our bedroom! Just a bit scared after reading all the reviews. They are owned buy an overseas company, the web site is very confusing as it looks like a shop front,
however I discovered that it wasn't when I called them.
the gear looks great on line but its rubbish..

We have purchased the double Martina Light Grey Fabric bed, which 2 people were able to assemble. It came with 3 drawers underneath, which are on wheels. It looks good, is practical and for the price very good. Service was good also.
