We purchased an MDC XT12 around 8 weeks ago. Due to a short timeframe between purchasing and when we needed it, we bought a demo model. We have now been on the road for about 5 weeks. So far we are loving the XT12 - it has everything we need for a comfortable life on the road, and has easily accessed all off-road locations we were keen to go. We have made some modifications and added some additional features (diesel heater, fans, TV etc). We have had a couple of small issues - 1 was with a could of items not being handed over on the day, but an email to the team and this was sorted promptly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic staff, fantastic camper. Researched all available campers and for the family of 4 our Cruizer Slide suited us to a T. MDC online videos and Masterclasses are fantastic. Follow them and you will have many happy years of camping!!!

We have a XT17HRT which we love and cannot fault. Tows awesomely behind Ford Ranger. Whether powered camping with aircon or free camping with solar, it performs faultlessly. Highly recommended. Very tough van!

We have owned a few campers and caravans in our time, some being Australian made. Our MDC XT17T is the best. From sales to service to quality. Keep it up MDC.

Did Fraser Island and had some teething issues, to be expected. Warranty staff and service guys were fantastic as was Steve Zammit via phone. The van itself was comfortable and is perfect for us. Love our little beast and cant wait for more adventures!!

After 4 years enjoying our MDC TBox soft floor camper trailer we made the step up to the amazing XT12. We headed to the open day of the MDC Caboolture showroom and met Jase from All 4 Adventure - we were there to make the final decision on the XTT Robson trailer - saw the XT12 and it was a no brainer from there. My only complaint at this point is not having used it more ! Great product, top quality and heaps of support from MDC. 100% thumbs up recommendation.

After purchasing our XT12 en-suite model in 2015 we have travelled far and wide with our Van and with the help of proper preventative maintenance it has held up very well. We have had a few minor warranty issues predominantly with accessories on the the van, aircon/solar panels etc. I have found the warranty department to be on point, and have recently received a replacement item through warranty even though my coverage was up. All in all a solid package representing excellent value for money.

Very happy with our 2018 XT-12 hybrid. Kevin and his team in Adelaide went the extra mile to make sure everything was as we ordered. We can’t fault anything apart from us not using it enough.

Great service on my XT17 HRT from the Townsville guys for almost 3 years now. Nothing is a problem for then and the few minor niggles have been sorted quickly.

We also have a XT17T hybrid van and could not be happier with it, I have found it to be very well made with all inclusions fitted the highest quality and thoughtfully assembled. We tow it with a Landrover Defender 110 and find it a very stable van to tow even at highway speeds with passing trucks having little to no effect on directional stability. I have found MDC to be very professional and responsive to my queries and spare parts requests. Their Brisbane office is well staffed with my only complaint being the lack of a dedicated spare parts counter for call in customers.

Solar system wasn't charging so i left it with them for 2 weeks they blamed the fridge that wasn't even in there when i first noticed the problem, i have since changed it myself to lithium but it has darkened my opinion of them

Purchased Off-road Deluxe 2 years ago. Has not missed a beat. Been in some crazy wind & rain and came out the other side perfect. Have put it through some insane places and trailer has held up beautifully. Don’t let people’s bad reviews put you off MDC, if you look after it and maintain it you will have the best camper/caravan money can buy. Ian

Bought a new XT22HR van through [name removed], picked up August 2017 got home to Townsville noticed couple minor faults and parts missing lodged claim got very good service, parts replaced and missing bits supplied, though I had to replace the faulty parts myself. Since then. Warranty dept service has been lacking.
Have had claim ongoing since April 2018 still not finalised. Had email telling how happy they were when claim completed so emailed straight back to James informing him the claim is still outstanding have had no reply, can not even get any response from warranty dept. looks like my next cause of action needs to be consumer affairs

Warranty claim refusals and the customer service is horrible. I regret ever purchasing through them. I really should have gone to the competition. The little i saved purchasing through them wasnt worth it. Don't do it!!!!

We bought a camper which is good for what we use it for. We needed a couple of parts and have been waiting 6 months for. Been in multiple times with multiple phone calls and we are still waiting for parts. Like the camper but after sales is not up to a modern standard

On purchase of $26000 trailer I was promised a solar panel as part of the deal. When picking up the trailer I was told they were out of stock of the portable panels and they would send one out the next week. After about 30 phone calls my panel arrived 10 months later. Avoid

April 9th 2022 Update: Don’t trust Facebook owners group feedbacks

Be careful on mdc owners groups pages as if you say anything negative towards the campers the mdc team will call you a liar then get the admins to delete your response and block you from the page. There is no true feedback on those pages.

Ordered the camper, Service was 11/10. Cant fault the service and cant fault the product. I would recommend going to see the Team at MDC and getting a good deal done.
