Exceellent service
Excellent service from Peter who initially "fixed" a bad job by another company on my washing machine. He Just visted again to fit a hose. apart from a delay in getting the part the service has been good. peters service has been excellent. He is definately very knowledgeable.

Failure to communicate appropriately with custimers
I requested repairs for a miele microwave via an online booking, I noted the model number on the booking request and that I required a new bulb for the mircowave . I received a response arranging for a technician to attended. When the technician arrived he did not have the bulb and said it had to be ordered, he quoted another $165 to come back and replace the bulb. At no stage did Master Appliance convey to me that the technician would not bring the bulb. The bulb thru meile costs $41.03, and I am required to pay another $125 to change the bulb...Read more

I have contacted masters appliance and asked to speak to the owner, to perhaps arrange a compromise, the customer service manager returned my call and said they receive to many on line bookings to read them all and see if parts are required and that the owner would not speak to me anyway. The way I read the situation, booking on line with Master appliances results in inferior service and poor communication, because they are too business to read the entire email. I did suggest that perhaps engaging additional staff to help with would be a good idea, or perhaps the owner could help out when the staff are so over worked. This is the 2nd time this has happen using this company, and therefore I would not recommend using this company again, particularly when the owner is happy to take the customers money, but not happy to address any problems.Similar opinion? Excellent service
Arpan was punctual, efficient and professional today in my kitchen. Had my dishwasher up and running much quicker than I had expected. Explained problem issues and tidied as he worked. Much appreciated.

Great service, happy customer
Arpan arrived at the agreed time (quite unusual nowadays) and checked the washing machine. He took extra care with it and fixed it very quickly.

Excellent service
Peter arrived on time, was efficient and pleasant and repaired my dryer without fuss. Will use service again. Peter also make sure little things such as the dryer that sat on the washing machine was level before he left to prevent future problems.

Repair of 9 year old Asko Dishwasher
Arpan arrived promptly and quickly determined an impellor was broken. When the part was available a time was quickly set and he returned and fitted the new impellor.
Arpan was always courteous and rang before arriving.

Great service, Professional and Fast!
Leonardo was very friendly and very efficient, he resolved the issue quickly. He explained the cause so we understood the problem. Much cheaper to have Master Appliance Service come out then to replace the dishwasher. Thank you again, Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service when I first rang.
Customer service is an art form that I did nor receive when trying to book a technician. The woman on the phone was rude and told me to go elsewhere. So I went directly to Miele which in retrospect I should have done in the first place. The service was outstanding.

Poor customer service
Didn't return phone calls, finally came out 1 week later, broke more than they fixed, called the technician and he told me to go F*ck myself he wasn't fixing anything. Strongly recommend do not use these guys.

Excellent!
Peter called to say he would be a little late due to Friday afternoon peak hour traffic, which was much appreciated as I have had other companies which fail to keep you in the loop. When he arrived he was very polite and efficient in his diagnosis of my washing machine. Couldn’t be happier that he had the part that was needed and my machine was up and running in no time! I will certainly use Master Appliance Service again and will request Peter. Thanks Peter!!!!

said I made an on line booking when I didn't, came into my house without my permission, made my 19 year old daughter in law pay them money because she was unaware of what was going on, if I had someone coming to fix anything I would have told her about it..Absolute bunch of thieving crap!!! Less than two weeks out from Christmas our faithful 16 y.o. Amana fridge had it's first ever hiccup. Very bad timing and hard to find good fast service for imported brands, however, we were referred to Master Appliance Service. A different type of Magian in the Kitchen
Not too long ago we had an oven and dishwasher both fail it the space of a couple of days.. For my Wife and I, having 5 boys to look after is already pushing limits I can assure you.. so not only is it a challenge by default in terms of not having these appliances working but trying to coordinate service calls and appointments for two completely different appliances to be fixed properly usually means multiple companies called and multiple technicians out and thats if the arrive when they said they would and are able to address and finish the j...Read more

Extremely happy with Service Provided
Arpan from Master Appliance Group was one of the best appliance technicians we have had visit our home. Not only was he punctual, extremely courteous and helpful, and highly knowledgeable in his professional skills, being able to repair our 20 year old oven when technicians from other companies said it couldn't be done. He also provided excellent advice of what to look for when purchasing a washing machine as he explained the motor on our existing one was worn out and unable to be repaired. Thank you Arpan for all your efforts and excellent advice.

Very reliable!
Master Appliance Service is my go-to group when something is on the blink. They are a very professional outfit. Often it is Leo who comes out. He is punctual, courteous, genuinely friendly and a meticulous repairer. If your machine can be repaired, Leo can do it!

Still waiting for a response. My experience with this company has been disgraceful.
The so called technician scratched my bench top, bent a jet on my stove then blamed me. He then crimped the gas hose and refused to replace it. He stormed out abusing me as I was questioning why I had to pay for a replacement hose. I checked the price of a hose, $15.00.
2) I rang the office, after explaining my concerns and asking for the manager, I requested a call back, I’m still waiting, she then rudely hung up the phone.
So after paying over $600.00 I have a stove working at 80%.
To top this off we received a letter asking for payment otherwise they would remove their parts.
Regretfully we had already paid their invoice, once again rude person on the phone hung up, no apologies for threatening to remove the parts. Just another stuff up by this company.
