Master Appliance Service is an Authorised Service Provider for Miele, so we can offer repairs for warranty and out of warranty problems on Miele products. As an Authorised Service Provider to Miele we use or have access to Miele diagnostic software and our technicians are experienced with Miele products. All parts are purchased direct from Miele. We can usually arrange next day service, whereas Miele may experience longer delays so this may be worthwile checking when booking.

Our charges can vary depending on the type of applaince, brand and location. Please call our customer service and they will go through your specific situation.

Hi Charan, from the information you have given we cannot advise what the problem is. Given the extreme heat we have had in Sydney this past week it may be that turning the fridge off and allowing it to defrost then start it again to determine if the fault continues the same. We would recommend that a service technician call to diagnose the problem.

No the globe does not complete the circuit. It could be a fuse or the heating element has blown which in turn has blown the globe. I would recommend a service technician attend to diagnose the problem.

Hi Bish, your refrigerator seems to have a defrosting problem. First thing you should do is manually defrost the freezer by turning the fridge power off and leave it for a day or two to defrost. This will hopefully fix the problem itself, or then monitor it for a week or two to see if problem comes back. If it comes back then would need a technician to attend and I would expect a callout fee and diagnosis in the range of $130 to $170 depending on problem. Normally what you have described should not be that expensive to fix. Good luck with the defrost, I hope that works, and please contact us if you need a technician to attend.

As you have pointed out, Leo is a great technician who not only knows his job but has strong customer service skills that encourage his clients to leave a review. As you may appreciate in our industry it is more likely a customer will leave a bad review if something goes wrong, than to leave a good review when a technician does what he is paid to do. We note that the number of bad reviews have decreased significantly over the past year since the change of ownership.
