At the start it was all good, building built on time. Hand over was rushed so we missed a couple imperfection here and there and that's what the 3 months maintenance period is for. They came assessed and said they will fix some and not do some because that not a warranty issue or a defect for example and internal door that is bowed should have been replaced but wasn't and supposedly fixed still doesn't close properly and pops open randomly especially when there is a draft. Amateur builder with deceptive sale tactics. There staff have zero care factor other than taking your money off. Me and my wife have been corned into paying a deposit by giving us a fake estimate with actual tender 100k above their estimate (even though we advised them of all our requirements and site specific condition, they choose to exclude these in estimate without informing us to bring down their estimate price). My wife and I built our house through Mincove in Redgum Ridge estate Figtree. We had several meetings with national builders and were constantly let down as our block (like many blocks in the Illawarra) was not flat and level. Too many faults to mention them all. Drummy tiles, wrong door, wrong door handles, missing power points, leaking toilet, door that wouldn't lock, crooked windows, unsealed expansion joints, loose roof tiles, wind blowing through cavity sliding doors...... We had to involve Fair Trading to get things fixed and one of the owners still tried arguing with their building inspector.
