Ordered an item then waited and waited........for 7 MONTHS...nothing arrived as they said they were waiting for a large order to the States to be filled. Finally I requested a refund of monies which arrived quickly!!
The shop should make sure the items are in stock before selling them.

The actual product GS-911wifi Hexcode I purchased works fine although at this stage I have only been able to connect to my bike via USB cable. It was hard to make contact with seller. Better communication would be better for business.

I bought the MachineArtMoto X-Head covers for my BMW from their online store no problems. Had a little slide down the road and the covers protectected my valve cover. However the impact slightly bent the hex head bolt supplied with the product, as it is slightly longer than the original BMW one, and replaced it.
I sent a quick email to Motohansa who responded quickly with an email to tell me it was on the way.
The new hex head bolt arrived shortly afterwards in the mail free of charge.

hi guys just a quick line about the after market toolkit from moto hansa for my bmw 1200r gsa. complete package has done every thing with ease and is a perfect compiled travel kit,have found it a little bulky but a comprehensive kit will be, warranty is excellent, had one issue with a 45 tork bit, replaced immediately buy them when I asked to buy a new piece at my expense .posted free of charge as well doesn't get any better buy with confidence Rob Galpin Burnie Tasmania

Hi I have dealt with Motohansa since they were in Punchbowl, often having my old RS serviced while on hols from QLD, sad but I think they have closed, so dont know why web site still up, Rob returned an email some months ago said they were still trading but nobody answersthe fone....Paul

Ordered a $30 part (oil filter wrench) for my R1200GSA from their online store on the 14th August 2016 express delivery. Money has been sent from my PayPal account yet order is still showing pending on their web site. I have called/emailed almost every day since my order to see what is going on but I get no answers at all from Rob. The telephone msg says that they are closed today and will reopen tomorrow. The only only problem with that is that I have been receiving the same message for the last 2 weeks! Last time I order anything from this company. I will be submitting a refund claim through PayPal.
