Great trailer and a good price
Trailer was there when I went to collect and was in great condition. Kiosk works well. Only complaint was that the business hours of the petrol station Move Yourself have were incorrect and when I got back to return it the petrol station it was closed, so I had to take the trailer home again and return it the next day. Other than that it was all good. Please update the opening hours of BP Stationvale

Trailer hire
It took longer than expected to enter my details on the computer. At one point the system failed and I could not complete the transaction. I went home and returned one hour later. By this time the system was functional again The trailer was solid and in good order.

The trailers I’ve always hired have been in excellent serviceable condition.
The hire kiosk I used for the last hire was absolutely terrible, the touch screen was a pain, had to push really hard and several times to punch in info.

Ease of Moving at your Fingertips
This is a great service for moving things at the spur of the moment.
Easy transaction from booking to picking up and returning.
The only one thing was the trailer I rented had the number plate light damaged which I reported but it’s a risk when taking it on the road when the sun goes down as you can be booked by the police for not correctly displaying your number plate including a light and I believe it’s not cheap infringement. I advised the staff at the counter on pick up and return and both of them advised me it would be passed onto the company. This should be looked at urgently as it’s technically not roadworthy.

Good trailer to tow, had some issues.
Awesome service online however didnt mention login at servo, showed booking number, used and returned trailer and found it had to be booked on booking terminal, was pre paid online and sorted out via phone call at drop off.
Trailer was a little beat up ( not really surprised for a car trailer so no big deal.
Only real issue I found was wiring for right side lights was broken, i didnt realise at first as I was on my own and when I reviewed video I can clearly see it in video I took before hooking up trailer.
