Dreadful. 9 days to dispatch and 17 days to deliver. Customer support very slow (days) to respond.
I ordered 3 items, all showing as instore, at 6:30am 30th November. When items not dispatched by 4pm 2nd December, I raised a support ticket to query delay. Response 11:15am 3rd Dec stated that one of the items was in stock at supplier not in store - status had changed after I ordered item. 2pm 7th Dec I updated ticket to ask when items would be dispatched - no response. 8am 8th Dec I received an email telling me I saved money by shopping during Black Friday sale and this was causing delays in fulfilling orders, and I should expect to wait ano...
Read morether 5 days. 8:30am 8th Dec I updated ticket advising that I did not save money in their sales as the sale finished the day before my order; and I requested a refund so that I could purchase the items at another company that had delivered items during this period within 24-48 hours. Support did not respond to this request until the 9th to advise items had been dispatched. By delaying the dispatch by 9 days, they sent the items off after the beginning of the Christmas postal rush period so of course the items got delayed in the Star Track system. I had to reaise a support query with Star Track 16th Dec to get Star Track to initiate a search for the items. I don't blame Star Track or Australia Post for any part of the delay - I ordered the items when I did because it was before the Christmas postal rush period. If MWave were not so incompetent stuffing around for 9 days before sending the items there would not have been a problem. This is the first time I have ordered something from MWave, and it will be the last. There are two other companies I deal with here in Melbourne, both of which have always, in my personal ecperience, delivered items ordered online within 2 business days. I do not recommend MWave and I shall not be using them again.

Was easy to place an order with their prices and stock being up to date. Also, what to expect with postage. I was pleasantly surprised to note an early delivery. Gaming table and chair.
Long time to assemble but fully expected that and the parts and componentry were in good form.

So I bought parts for my pc build but figured out there were some broken pins on the cpu socket which was causing dual channel ram problems.
Ok sure, so I sent it back for a replacement but they straight up blamed me for causing the damage and refused a replacement or refund!
Wot? So that’s it? They gave me the option of e-waste or sending the board back to me.

Not to mention the only form of communication is to send a message and wait 24hours for each response.

Pretty poor customer service, order over 2k worth of parts and they forgot to pack the $7 stand-offs for the new LGA 1700 motherboard, this essentially made my build obsolete until they arrived. Spoke with customer service who advised I should "check the box" really? quite a silly response. I was then advised they need to investigate and view the "camera" to see if they were packed or not. As per the response from the Mwave support agent, please check all the packaging including the bubble wrap and air pillows inserted into the shipping carton. It is also possible that the item may not have been packed or had fallen out during the packing stage hence why we need to review CCTV. However, the item has sold out and is currently on backorder with suppliers (no ETA atm) so we are unable to send you a replacement (also advised to you by the agent). Purchase a new z690 board and retrofit kit for the new 12gen Intel CPU's. NO ONE ELSE SOLD THE KIT. I was going to actually have to buy from corsair at some ridiculous price and wait 2 years for it to be shipped, but MWAVE had it. Shipped in no time at all. Numerous emails about when it was shipped and when it was arriving. Very happy with my service.

This is my first time shopping in Mwave, but I am so disappointed with the0 service
Before I made the payment, I first confirmed that it was all in stock, but it has been a week since the payment was not shipped. The information was given to the customer service, but the customer service said that one of the goods was out of stock. However, while I was actually waiting, I suddenly found out that I had other existing inventory. Give priority to other customers, continue to delay my delivery time, this company is really disappointing

I've been a long time Mwave customer and to date have been very happy with their service, however the service on my recent RMA return has been appalling. Here is the history.
1. Purchased two BenQ PD2700U monitors about 2 years ago so still within the 3 year warranty.

As I stated in my original review, the sole reason I purchased from MWave was because it was the only online IT store that had this particular case in stock at the time. 24 hours after purchasing I checked the stock status of this particular case and it was now marked as "Out of Stock", yet I received no communication to let me know that this was the case for the item I had ordered. So when I pay for an item that is "in stock", wait for a week to find out it isn't, organise a cancellation and refund, then that is almost three weeks that I don't have that money to spend elsewhere. Actually they always have had terrible customer service. After 15 years as a customer ordering products in the thousands of dollars. There was a very badly handled warranty which was not functioning on arrival and refused to honour warranty. That is the end of this company for me after all these years. Do not use this company. There are a ton of computer companies that will bend over backwards for their customers.

I purchased a Belkin docking station for Mac and Windows 13 September and I am still waiting on delivery. I have made contact six times in the last two weeks and no one has replied (you can’t call, only email or lodge tickets). Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this organisation.
