I ordered 3 items, all showing as instore, at 6:30am 30th November. When items not dispatched by 4pm 2nd December, I raised a support ticket to query delay. Response 11:15am 3rd Dec stated that one of the items was in stock at supplier not in store - status had changed after I ordered item. 2pm 7th Dec I updated ticket to ask when items would be dispatched - no response. 8am 8th Dec I received an email telling me I saved money by shopping during Black Friday sale and this was causing delays in fulfilling orders, and I should expect to wait ano...

Delivered the excellent MSI Artymis 34" very quickly when my old monitor died. This new one has a great colour contrast, refresh rates and response times. They helped rush this order to me when i inquired about shipping times. Excellent service and quick response.

the problem lies with Australia post losing track of the item and not delivering on time.

I purchased a monitor that was faulty on my end and would not function to its full capacity in certain situations, i also did not have the original box because i threw it away immediately due to not having space to store the box, through testing it was deemed to not have any issues, even with clear video proof of my problems, it was taken into testing again a second time, the issue was slightly replicated but not to a big degree, but right before the second return i was still having the same problem and did record evidence of the issue. Was easy to place an order with their prices and stock being up to date. Also, what to expect with postage. I was pleasantly surprised to note an early delivery. Gaming table and chair.
Long time to assemble but fully expected that and the parts and componentry were in good form.

Purchased online on a Monday evening and reached WA on Wednesday afternoon. Items boxed well and safe. Satisfied customer. Most likely to purchase again.

So I bought parts for my pc build but figured out there were some broken pins on the cpu socket which was causing dual channel ram problems.
Ok sure, so I sent it back for a replacement but they straight up blamed me for causing the damage and refused a replacement or refund!
Wot? So that’s it? They gave me the option of e-waste or sending the board back to me.
Nice one mwave.
Not to mention the only form of communication is to send a message and wait 24hours for each response.

Seriously how do you break a cpu socket pin anyway? Installing a cpu is far from rocket science, and something I’ve done hundreds of times.

Pretty poor customer service, order over 2k worth of parts and they forgot to pack the $7 stand-offs for the new LGA 1700 motherboard, this essentially made my build obsolete until they arrived. Spoke with customer service who advised I should "check the box" really? quite a silly response. I was then advised they need to investigate and view the "camera" to see if they were packed or not. The product is amazing and was perfect for my pc build. The design was very eye-catching, and functionality was as described. Overall, it is the best motherboard I have used.

Purchase a new z690 board and retrofit kit for the new 12gen Intel CPU's. NO ONE ELSE SOLD THE KIT. I was going to actually have to buy from corsair at some ridiculous price and wait 2 years for it to be shipped, but MWAVE had it. Shipped in no time at all. Numerous emails about when it was shipped and when it was arriving. Very happy with my service.

Before I made the payment, I first confirmed that it was all in stock, but it has been a week since the payment was not shipped. The information was given to the customer service, but the customer service said that one of the goods was out of stock. However, while I was actually waiting, I suddenly found out that I had other existing inventory. Give priority to other customers, continue to delay my delivery time, this company is really disappointing

I've been a long time Mwave customer and to date have been very happy with their service, however the service on my recent RMA return has been appalling. Here is the history.

1. Purchased two BenQ PD2700U monitors about 2 years ago so still within the 3 year warranty.

I have shopped at Mwave online 3 times. 2 out of 3 times items that were supposedly "in stock at supplier" have not been in stock at all. The first time it was actually a discontinued item. So the most recent purchase was a PC Case, and Mwave was the only online retailer I could find at the time that had this particular case in stock (at the supplier). Mwave supply the latest hardware at the cheapest prices. I experienced excelent service, quick delivery and excellent comunication throughout. My Intel RNUC11PHKI7C000 NUC 11 Enthusiast Barebones Kit is perfect for my needs, both personal and business. I simply could not be happier.

Actually they always have had terrible customer service. After 15 years as a customer ordering products in the thousands of dollars. There was a very badly handled warranty which was not functioning on arrival and refused to honour warranty. That is the end of this company for me after all these years. Do not use this company. There are a ton of computer companies that will bend over backwards for their customers.

Their phone lines are closed, they didn't answer my online enquiry within the stated SLA, order seems stuck in processing mode but they were fast to charge my credit card!

I ordered an RTX 3090 and several other small items, these were all listed in stock on their website. Its now been over a week & I am still waiting.

Sure send a ticket, because you don't want to answer phones anymore, BUT you dont even reply to tickets raised.

Please cancel order & refund monies ASAP, so I dont have to ever deal with your company again.

I purchased a Belkin docking station for Mac and Windows 13 September and I am still waiting on delivery. I have made contact six times in the last two weeks and no one has replied (you can’t call, only email or lodge tickets). Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this organisation.

I ordered without a GPU: a custom selected PC 3 Sep and arrived in 13 Business Days. (tip: order parts with "in stock at mwave" status). Ordered RTX3060 Ti 27 Sep and arrived in 3 Business Days. Ordered 34" Monitor + RGB Keyboard 6 Oct. Arrived in 3 Business Days 1 Hour Earlier than estimated. Purchased a Razer Pro just now 5:30PM after hours. I expect another perfect purchase experience with Mwave.

Extremely slow dispatch compared to other stores and they don't allow you to submit low reviews without a support mediation.

Wouldn't recommend purchasing PC's off this company. My experience with them was not all that great. Upon arrival, I spent 6 hours trying to figure out why my ‘ready to go pre built Mwave gaming pc’ did not have a Wi-Fi option and was not detecting any networks.
