Post purchase communication was excellent and postage time very fast, never had a problem.
Would have no trouble recommending mwave to potential customers as I am an old-school sceptic but can't fault this system.

MSI Optix MAG341CG is a great and afforable option for widescreen gaming monitors.
The online store was fairly easy to navigate and helped me find a specific range of monitors I was looking at buying. The products I bought came in good condition with no signs of damage. The only con about the buying process would be the fact that there was no mention of what cables come with the monitor and I was then not sure if I should buy a connection cable or if I will get one with the monitor. mpare to some widescreen monitors, this is definitely a great option for those looking to get into more immersive gaming or easier multitasking. The only two cons about the actual monitor are the inability to raise the monitor up and down, and the colour range, but for gaming or general work, it's hardly noticeable.

Product not coming
I ordered a gaming keyboard through Mwave on Sunday, it said stock at Mwave and processing time is 24 hours, but later when I checked it said no stock at Mwave. It’s been about 3-4 days now and yet it is still processing. What on earth happened?

horrible customer service
ordered 4 or 5 components for my pc on the 25th of april, the motherboard and cooler were going to take longer than usual due to lack of stock; so i messaged them wondering if i could replace it with something that was in stock.
my main problem was that it seems like they have a one reply per day restriction, id get one reply per day, no more; even if i responded within 10 minutes of receiving my message. First message was last friday and im still waiting for it to be sorted.

Arrived exactly as expected!
Easy online stores, easy instructions, excellent communication. The range of Intel Nuc products was essential for my purchase with Mwave. Only suggestion is I would have liked more suggestions of additional items to purchase with my PC.

Great service in difficult times.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive my new Synology NAS in a few days after ordering. MWAVE have a brilliant range and they follow it up with great service by answering my many questions and to top it all off the delivered very fast.

Non existent customer service or care
Placed a $2500 order through them, all parts listed as "In stock with Mwave" and claimed they would be processed within 24 hours of payment. About 12 hours after order placed and paid for, one of the items on my order has its status changed to out of stock and the invoice was then updated and stated ETA of more than 2 weeks away. But no one bothered to reach out to me about it.
I reached out via ticket to get some information on it and to request that if the items are not in stock they simple refund them and ship what is not available.

Received absolutely no response to the ticket, reached out via FB where I got a reply saying my ticket had been escalated and that I would get a follow up before the end of the business day yesterday, which I still did not get. I then followed back up where I was given nothing but excuses and told to submit tickets, which they have already shown they have no intention of responding to. Have requested that the order be cancelled and refunded as they are clearly not able to keep up with customer orders and that I do not want a delay of multiple weeks, yet I was told to submit a ticket for that.... But they dont respond to tickets.... At the same time I placed this order, I placed an order for a number of components through one of their competitors, and those items are already with the courier and due to arrive with me on Monday. Mwave are using the current climate at an excuse for offering bad, close to non existent customer support and claiming it is responsible for delays, which all other providers of the same products and services are not receiving.1 comment

Horribly slow customer service

eference i listed as a new sale order and requested more money to be sent to them to pay for the new transaction fee, which was all well and good, not stating the seemingly questionable amount of extra money i needed to pay for that order, however at the point of posting this message it has been over 3 days and ive yet to hear back from them after reclarifying my intentions and im just honestly very tired of dealing with their system and just wanted some headsets to use :/, as between each message they always take at least 1 day to hear a reply making it at this point a period of over 7days just waiting and trying to get an order placed and this can sometimes just make it seem as if they dont care about the customer's needs.3 comments

Worst online experience I've dealt with
I ordered a case, a motherboard and 16 gigabytes of ram from this company on the 4th of April and as of now (28 days after buying the products) the orders remain processing. The customer service at Mwave was awful, often having to wait days without a reply and I've currently been waiting 9 days for a reply from them. At first Mwave said that the order would've finished processing within 3-6 business days, and then said it would take until the 30th of April to finish processing due to the case not being in stock in which it still hasn't finish p...Read more

Stonewall return of Goods Not Fit for Purpose
Within minutes of Product Review forwarding this (draft) review to mWave I received a resolution to this complaint. Coincidence? Doubt it. Thank You Product review. Shame on you mwave... to me. It is a simple matter and there is no need to make it complicated or difficult. Item is in very strong demand atm and is 100 percent merchantable, all they need to do is put it back on there shelves and resell it. Useless
I tried to checkout once using PayPal, got all the way to the end and it didn't go through. Tried again, and couldn't even get past the checkout button. They took 1 day to respond each time I messaged them about it, and were not helpful at all. The website isn't that easy to navigate anyway. Ended up buying everything from eBay for less.

Horrible motion blur on gaming monitor
Monitor MSi optix mpg341cqr have great reviews on mwave web site. I like to give review, off monitor what I bought. For my experience Is, monitor is not good for fast games. MSI build fast responding monitor with horrible motion blur. What is to point for MSI build fast monitor, if is not good for fast games. I contact MSI service several times, and now I only getting message. The action you have requested is not allowed.
Not happy to be able to give review off this monitor.

Stay Away! Worst experience ever!
I order two monitors on 8 April and they have not been shipped. I spent $600 with them - thought I would do the 'stay at home' thing and not physically shop. What a mistake. Please do not use this company - you will be so disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews first. They have disabled their phones so you cannot call them even logging tickets online with their support desk has not helped. In fact, they actually asked me if they could sell me a new laptop. Insane! STAY AWAY - SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Disappointed with lack of communication
i placed an order here on the 21st of April, everything was in stock at the store itself, i have found out by looking at the invoice there is parts that are not not even available at all, i haven't been contacted at all by mwave which is very disappointing, i have sent a few emails just wanting to come up with a solution so i can get my items shipped, i need to speak to someone as soon as possible

Determined service!
No scans on my package and nobody answering phones! I logged an inquiry via their website asking them to give me a call. This was a senseless delay but then I was contacted by their rep Charles who promptly contacted the courier to stick it to em, after some great hold music I could even be patched into their call to the courier whose driver couldnt find my house. I've got my stuff now and all is well. These customer service guys are bloodhounds for fixing things which is especially impressive under the present circumstances. Hang in there guys!

Extremely slow service and no response
I made an order on the 6th April and it has been in a "processing" status ever since (its is now the 23rd of April) I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the current crisis but I made an enquiry to see what was happening. I have had no response!! I have now decided to cancel my order and I just hope it doesn't take them as long to return my money. I will not shop here again.

Very slow service
Mwave has historically been great but everyone else is now shipping same day or within a day but mwave still saying as 'processing' 5-6 days later despite taking money out of card either day of order or a day or two after. I have noticed that you get great fast shipping from Mwave if ordered thru Amazon (arrived 4 days after order - across the country) so maybe they prioritise certain customer / order systems over others. on my initial order were not in stock (yep - they took the money straight away) so after a I cancelled and re-ordered the item that WAS in stock, plus another. They took the full amount again and six days later still have not seen the credit card refund for the original order. Only becomes so obvious when you compare with Duxtel / PLE etc...who ring you 5 mins after placing an order and it is in the post that night with a shipping number emailed confirming Australia Post have actually received the product. And lastly, they have 'unpublished' their phone number saying they are not taking calls at present (half of which are probably customers asking where their stuff is)...1 comment

Hi, I am about to build my first PC and was happy to see some cheaper prices on some products compared to Scorptec. After reading their recent reviews it seems they are not coping to well with the pandemic and they are happy to continue using it as an excuse. Please note that there is currently a high demand for custom PCs due to LFH and WFH (COVID19 - as everyone seems to need an upgrade to their current systems.
Depending on the type of system, we have advanced packaging solutions to mitigate damage in transit as best we can, however how the system is handled in transit is beyond our control.
Damages do occasionally occur and no retailer or freight carrier is able to 100% guarantee that no damage will occur in transit. Some other delivery options can be provided if you are local in Sydney
If it arrives damaged then we need to provide a remedy for you - replacement or refund.
