Yes the HTC Vive is sourced from the local Authorised Distributor so therefore comes with 12months local HTC warranty that can be processed directly with HTC or with Mwave.

If you go through the Dream PC configurator - https://www.mwave.com.au/cpc/dreampc then this will have the service fee for us to build and test the PC before we send to you.
or use LHS menu --> Mwave Custom PCs --> Custom Dream PC
If you only add items to the cart individually and check out then your order will be shipped out as parts / unbuilt.

You can purchase a USB Wifi adapter or install an internal PCIe Wifi adapter to enable Wifi on your PC.

The order was a system build and generally takes 3-5 business days from when items are allocated to your order to build and test..
Your order was placed on the Fri 30/6. Despatched Thurs 6/7. Picked up from Auspost 7/7.
If the order was for parts only then it would have shipped out sooner however this again would on whether we had the items in stock or had to order in from supplier.

It depends on the item/s you ordered and whether these were listed as "In Stock at Mwave" or "In Stock at Supplier".
The latter status means we need to order in from supplier before we can despatch your order to you.
You can check your order status under you Mwave account online.
Please check your shipppng selection as we also do not offer Express Post.
Please provide your order number so we have a look.

Unfortunately we do not have instructions for you purchase parts and build your own gaming PC.
You can view YouTube videos for video tutorials on how to put together a PC.

It will depend on the stock availability of the components you have ordered whether we have in stock or need to be ordered in from suppliers.
Once all components are allocated to your order, the build and test times are approx 3-5 business days.
If you are submitting a pick up order, we will email you once the order is ready for collection.

It will depend on how many other customers are in front of you being served/already served and how big their orders are.
The more customers in the queue before, the longer the waiting times.
For walk-in cashsales, you will need to wait at least 30mins after your order is processed - as this is the time required for the warehouse to pick your order.
We try and process/pick orders as quickly as we can, however the warehouse team are also processing online orders so wait times are expected.
Please call us on 1300 727 446 and our customer support team should be able to answer all your questions at once.

Could you guys at mWave prepare all the items I need for my pc? Most of the products I am buying are in stock at mWave but 2 of the items are in stock at supplier. Could you guys get all of my products ready for purchase by tomorrow instead of making 2 trips to get the items? We don't reserve stock for walk-in cash sales.
For items we do not have in stock, listed as "In Stock at Supplier" then you will need to submit an order online for these items. You will need to pay for the order online before we order the items in from supplier.

We generally find bank transfers take approx 1 - 3 business days to reach our account.
Yes, including the order number in the bank transfer will ask our finance team in matching it to your order.
Due to the volume of daily financial transactions we process. by not including the order number will cause delays to your payment being matched to your order and therefore the processing of your order.

Paying with BPay or direct deposit will not incur transaction fees.
Please also note for walk-in cash sales, stock is not guaranteed as it could sell out to online orders prior to you arriving to our showroom.
