The first thing to impress me regarding My Holiday Centre was the honesty of their advertising. The price quoted in their advertising was the actual price I paid, save in my case for a single supplement. The resort, "Iririki" in Vanuatu, was sensational, great location, great staff, great food. All my holidays in future will be booked through My Holiday Centre.

Well it was a nice holiday, relaxing and a lovely change of scenery after a tough year. First property was a bit below par in terms of the 5 star rating. Food again was also a bit average.

Second property was a much nicer and general quality was higher. Enjoyed our time there a lot. Sadly a catastrophe with the transfer from the hotel to the airport for our return flight. This was sorted by lovely staff but still left us waiting at the airport for hours longer than was necessary so that was disappointing when we could have been enjoying the resort a bit longer.

Originally booked in August and because of health reasons changed to November

This time Staying in Port Douglas at the beautiful recently refurbished Sheraton Mirage, absolute paradise pools and vegetation amazing

No unexpected fees. Booked extra trips. Extra for scuba diving on one organised trip. Extra trip to croc farm and one to daintree rainforest. No need to adjust or change booking.

The holiday met expectations & was good enough to repeat. Only 1 problem was that the included trip to Fitzroy Island was cancelled due to lack of numbers & our holiday expired before it was available again. The package at Rydges Esplanade Cairns was great with the minor drawback of being quite a walk to CBD.

Have used My Holiday Centre several times . Always efficient and obliging to deal with .Prompt replies to any questions and no problems with bookings .
Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to book great value holiday with no fuss or hassle .

I booked a holiday to Hawaii, there were no unexpected or additional fees. It was fabulous that the price quoted included the airfare and breakfast daily. I've used this company before and have always found their prices to be very competitive.

No extra fees to date. Family holiday to Phuket Thailand at the Westin Siray Bay Resort. . great, very helpful, Niketa & Justine were fabulous. Expectations for the booking was meet. Hope the resort is as good as indicated.

Easy To deal With.. Friendly knowledgeable staff based in Australia and have a good understanding of English unlike a lot of airline call centers.
Changes and small requests were happily made.

Everything the promised, they delivered! Our flights, transfers, bed and breakfast at Novotel Cairns, a bottle of wine on arrival, cocktails every day, tickets to the Aqarium and trip to Barruer Reef. Amazing value. Thank you My Holiday Centre.

From the very first interaction, the MyBali team (Tyler Williams) were professional, helpful and kept us fully informed. The holiday was exactly as booked, everything worked like clockwork, no added expenses.
Even when our return flight was cancelled, the MyBali rep at the airport got us on an alternate flight with no fuss at all.

The consultant Olivia, was very polite, helpful and patient. I booked an an 8 night package to Vanuatu and added a cascade waterfall tour. It was very pleasant talking to her and yes, it met all my expectations.

Booked a trip to New Caledonia through this agency, our first time with this service. Travel agent Tracee was great to deal with. Our expectations were more than exceeded. Flights, transfers and accommodation were just perfect..Certainly will use again for future holidays.

We have booked three holidays to Fiji with this company and have never had any issues whatsoever. The customer service team is very easy to get on to and very helpful with anything you need.
