Booked a 7 day package to Cairns. Great value and enjoyable stay. Staff member George was attentive and organised everything within 4 weeks of departure. I needed to have a name change with the air ticket which I then have to pay an additional charge.

I had to pay the full amount up front. The advertisement showed that only a deposit was due but when I called I was told the resort required full payment.

Booked a My Queensland holiday for Cairns. No hidden costs- the added extras in the package were great. We had a free drink each day, tapas daily and an ocean view. Also included were airport transfers. Flights also included. It was a good package- they delivered i what they promised.

Holiday to New Caledonia was easy to book and had a great holiday & would use them again. Needed a little prompting in order to receive our e-tickets on-time though. There were mix-ups in regards to the Shuttle bus from the airport to the resort and the tour information we received was incorrect (on the wrong day).

When we paid deposit we were not told about B Pay to avoid extra charges on a credit card, would be very helpful if this is mentioned at the time of booking

Everything was good but the hotel didnt know anything regarding our package so we missed out on a lot of bonus rewards we were supposed to receive. That wasnt very nice

The Gold Coast package provided by My Holiday Centre was excellent value for money. We had to re-schedule the dates of the holiday and this was handled promptly with a minimum of fuss and only a small financial penalty.

I have used My Queensland Holiday to book previous holidays. Once again everything went like clockwork. They delivered everything they promised, on time and with no fuss. They were informative and quick to answer any queries I had. The trip to Cairns was excellent.

Advice received was so very helpful. We received an early checkin, an upgrade of room, hotel waived one nights room tax, exceptional tours organised, free mobile internet. Will definitely use again.

Everything that was quoted in our holiday package was delivered. Staff presented as happy and helpful. Would recommend. Our prebooked activities were great and we could not fault our stay at the Novotel Oasis Cairns with great staff and amenities.

The staff were helpful, but there was a lot of back and forth to get the booking right with lots of small errors. The holiday package to Samoa was great though!
