Grreat Service from National Printer Repairs
For several years we have taken our printer to Paul at National Printer Repairs at Amiens Road, Milperra, NSW. He has always given us great service. Recently our old broken Printer part could not be sourced anywhere, neither could another machine be obtained using the same type of cables/cords to save us the problem of pulling out the desk to get at those already in place. It was time for a new machine with different fittings. Paul asked our requirements and how much we used our printer etc. and said he could supply us with one from Brother w...Read more
hich would suit our needs and be cheaper to run. This he did - at about $45 less than the same machine in the big stores. He can also supply ink at a cheaper price. As we have trouble pulling out a heavy desk and I have trouble installing softwear Paul suggested he could have the machine delivered and someone would come and take out and uninstall our old printer and install the new one, and also connect it to any other machines for the cost of a service call. The young man who visited our home to do this job was so helpful. He uninstalled the old printer & installed the new one which works by Wifi and just plugs into a power point, so no cords have to be connected to the back of the desk & tower. He shew me how to use the new printer, and set up Shortcuts for me and made sure my computers all connected to the new printer. Then did test runs to make sure all was working well. When I saw what was involved there was no way I could have done it by myself. It was good value and money well spent. We can highly recommend this business, which was recommended to us by a good friend in the first place.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
