I called this company last week and booked a technical inspection of our LG dishwasher, booked for Saturday. Technician arrived and inspected the machine base seal leaking suggested taking dishwasher to workshop for repair being told I would receive a quote on Monday. Monday no quote, rang Tuesday morning yes I would get a quote by close of day. Wednesday still no quote rang to be told technician just looking at dishwasher requested that dishwasher be returned to our address and we would get someone else to repair. The staff were pleasant but obviously they DO NOT value their customers give this company a miss

I had Nationwide Appliance Repairs come out to look at my Maytag Washing Machine, was charged the service call and then was quoted for further repairs. Service was easy and well organised and I would recommend their services.

Firstly you have to pay up front even for the labour!!!
They replaced a part costing $750 & when the tech left it still didn't work. Tech returned to say another part was required but now can't get hold of anyone to answer my questions & resolve the issue. Terrible customer service - don't bother !!

I have a Eurolec VestFrost 60/40 fridge (now 35-36 years old) of which I am very fond and want to see it reach 50yo!!
Made extremely well in Denmark. Needed someone to adjust top door and excessive vibration . Angelo came at the arranged time and fixed my problems. Cheerful, knowledgeable, and willing to look outside the square - most impressive and WELL DONE !!

Got them come out to fix washing machine. They said they fixed it and as soon as they left it stopped working. Both times cost $400. Avoid them.

I called and provided these people with the make, model and parts that were required to fix our machine. We paid over $150 to be told parts were no longer available. This is not a reputable company! Do NOT deal with these people and NEVER give them your credit card information.

I called for a washing machine repair. They told me they would be there between 3-6pm. I had a missed call at about 4pm I rang the missed call back 5 times no answer. I rang the company at 5:45 awaited on hold for 9 minutes while they checking with the technician. Came back another customer was more important than me “sorry about that”. Don’t ever go there you are not important!

I am surprised to read the other poor reviews, my experience was totally different . My tech was exactly on time, very friendly, my non working fridge was fixed in 10 minutes and the price was very reasonable, actually in truth very cheap .
Everything was extremely efficient .

I had a technician booked for between 3pm and 5pm (Booked in for days in advance). Received a call that day from the technician "can I do it in the morning" my response no I'm at work. Then was told he probably couldn't get to my area in the afternoon it wasn't convenient! Rang the head office and got nowhere - bad customer service. Cancelled went with someone else who is reliable!

I am still laughing at the quote to repair my ARC dishwasher on Top of the $154 I spent to get them out to just look at the dishwasher they had the cheek to quote me $495 to purchase and install two parts to complete the repairs. Sound OK - Well the dishwasher is available on line new for $399 so they expected me to pay a total of $649 to repair a $399 dishwasher. You Must Be Joking!!!!

Polite on time and finished the job within half an hour so next extra charge. Very helpful as well put a label in my switchboard to identify they oven

called for a tradesman to check my stove tradesman was excellent ..came out on a tuesday identified part required said the office would get back to me and part available within 2 days, office say's they did not have my email address so could not give me a quote for part so I asked why not ring ..this was on a public holiday and was then informed part would not be available for 5 to 7 days ...communication from office was not accurate to the point I had 2 different people ring me 2 hours apart to ask for payment for which i already had a receipt for .

My service repairman was Ravin, who came to look at my Bosch dishwasher which was showing the E15/check water message.. Ravin was excellent, pleasant and very thorough. In fact the fault had corrected itself but Ravin spent time carefully checking and identified a couple of issues, as well as advice on how to avoid further problems. I was impressed with his thoroughness and would definitely ask for him next time.

I contacted for a dishwasher repair. The technician came stinking of cigarettes and was rude to me in my own home. I spent $400 fixing the problem only now months later still having the same problem and Nationwide trying to tell me I need another part costing an additional $400 including labour which is a ridiculous price to repair the original problem. When I tried to discuss they only offered me a $40 discount. What a joke - will never use or recommend again and I still have a broken dishwasher
