I recently contracted Natural Solar to install a Tesla battery for our home.

I was very pleased with their competitive price as well as the quick and efficient service provided by all of their staff.

Especially John, who was my point of contact, as well as the two Michaels who installed the system, helped upload the Tesla app on my phone and took the time to explain how it all worked. The inspection of the installation was also organised promptly (within a few days).

Natural Solar promised a 6 to 8 week turn around, then delivered it in 2 weeks! Based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend Natural Solar for their quick, efficient and reliable service.

I decided on 21 x 370w solar panels with a 7.7kw output and a 6 kilowatt Fronius inverter. we also had optimizes installed on partly shadowed panels.

Edit: Had an issue recently with the battery and Alan and Zee sorted it out in less than a day with Zee escalating the issue and getting it resolved with Tesla. Great support!

It was a very easy and quick process from getting the initial quote to the installation of a new battery. Everyone did a great job from the initial chat with Alan and second Alex to the clean installation by Josh and Michael. I was really impressed how it all came together really quickly and how professional everyone was.

Installation Review – Natual Solar.

To be able to provide feedback about my experience with Natural Solar, some background is required:
I am a person who likes to conduct significant research from many sources prior to making any enquiries to a company I have researched.

I had installed two separate systems totalling 9.6Kw but limited to 5Kw grid export. The final need was a battery to use this “excess” generation.

Alan’s unbiased technical advice helped sway our decision to go ahead with the solar panels. The installers were very proficient from beginning to end. We are looking forward to many years of savings!

Spoke with rupen from natural solar about home batteries and his product knowledge was great and well above other's I have spoken with. He also didn't bag out competitors or the batteries they were selling (unlike other companies and sales people I spoke with also) and was super professional. He knew all about the home empowerment program and sent me everything I needed to fill in and do. I got some follow up calls to let me know how everything was progressing and 3 weeks later from initial contact and I have a new house battery installed. The installer's were great too. Friendly and done a neat and tidy job. Set me up logins with the app and checked everything was working before leaving. Overall it was a great experience on my end.

Anthony offered different products to choose from. Went with Canadian Solar panels and Fronius inverter. Installation process was smooth, professional service all the way from sales to installation. Would highly recommend Natural Solar.

Alan Bailey from Natural solar was extremely helpful in explaining the best options for the battery installation. All was sorted very quickly and efficiently. If you are thinking of battery installations can go past Natural Solar. Highly recommended.

Installers never came to take away rubbish they stuffed in recycling, nearly filling it, the same day it was emptied. Company tried to ask them to come back and gave a deadline, but they clearly couldn’t care less.

Please do not use Natural Solar for your installation.
We paid over $17,000 for a 5KW system with a Tesla powerwall 1, 5 years ago and only now is it working properly.
We have not had one good experience in that time with Natural Solar.
Firstly when they sold us the system, the delayed on the install of the Battery, once the battery arrived, we were left waiting for over 6 months for the inverter that they installed to be upgraded to deal with the PowerWall. After the 6th month, it took us to speak directly to the CEO to get a resolution as no ...

Amazing communication and quick turn around, paid deposit on friday and installed on the monday. Very professional installation, quick and trouble free. I would recommend Natural Solar if anyone asks where i got my system installed

Prompt installation of my system with plenty of communication regarding expected updates of arrival and completion dates and times with knowledgeable employees advising me about the system that they were installing at my premises.

Dealing with Natural Solar was easy. John Burden & Alex Stark made the whole process seamless. After using them for our first install about three years ago I can honestly say that the company has come along in leaps and bounds in customer service at every touch point since initial install.

From the first contact to the completion of the installation, everyone was great. Very helpful at all times, even when we had to keep rescheduling because of weather. In particular I would like to say thank you to Aaron (in the office) and Nicholas (electrician) for their fantastic attitude and competence.

These guys are very professional - they cleaned up after themselves and took on a difficult install and did it easily.

They also identified that my meter was outdated and needed an upgrade. This had been missed by the installers that did our earlier system.

The Technical Assessor Alan Williams was professional and informative, not pushing to make a sale and he enabled us to make the decision to instal solar panels without any pressure. Nick and his installation team were friendly and efficient, completing the work shortly after the light rain in the middle of the day made conditions unpleasant. Their clean up of materials after the job was excellent.

I purchase the Tesla Powerwall 2 from Natural Solar. Sales person from Natural Solar was very professional and set the expectation of the process. We were constantly communicating as things were progressing. Within less than a month, I got my battery installed and its working now.

Very happy with the service and I strongly recommend Natural Solar.
