Asheek has been looking after our property for almost a year in Bella Vista. During this time I have found that Ash and Dong have been very helpful and prompt in their responses. Ash is very respectful, and assists us quickly with urgent and pressing issues. I am glad to have an amicable and trustworthy person looking after our interests. I gave 4 stars although the service from Nextgen Strata management has been a 5 star effort:( Always leave room for further improvement). From Dong the principle thru to Asheek (Ash) Strata Manager and not forgetting Hayley on the front desk/Admin this is a polished Team . Our Owners Committee are happy to have Nextgen on-board. Asheek listens and acts on our instructions whilst always willing to put his experience and understanding of a matter forward so correct outcomes are achieved. He will not let a committee flounder and charge headlong into making bad decisions.

Questions & Answers
Parking gate is stuck for last 4 days and the fire alarm sets off on it own twice within last 8 days in MOSAIC in Hornsby.
The issues have already been reported during last week. Please advise on next steps? When can we expect a resolution.
Hi, we use next gen as our strata agent, as landlords. Ourr rental agent takes care of any issues, and we get email updates. They are always informing us on the progress of the work needed to be done..
I'm an owner, self occupying the unit. Emails have been sent for all the issues, but we never heard back for any issue.
