Good Quality Vac For Money
Worked this vac hard on first day filling the dust bag. Suction is great. My only concern was buying another set of dust bags. The multi fit bags Bunnings stocked did not fit but they are looking into this. In meantime I just ordered a set of genuine ones online (vacbagsdirect) and they are better quality then multi fit ones ($20 set 4). Build quality is solid. Instructions are ordinary and could be better. Glad I paid a little extra.

Check that all parts are there in the box
Not so bad! If you read my first post the problems with poor suction and noise were because there was a drain valve missing at the bottom of the collection barrel allowing suction, noise and dust to escape. Parts were given to me from where I bought it. Noise is much reduced, now acceptable. Suction greatly improved now ok. But there is still a valid complaint with the lack of instructions.
Though I was getting a machine from a reputable maker that would perform well but the suction is useless. The instructions are useless- virtually non exi...Read more
stent. Compared to other makes that I've owned in the past it's also pretty heavy and extremely noisy. Made the mistake of buying it at Bunnings in a hurry without trying it first. It's going back there if they will take it. The suction is so poor I'm sure there's a blockage in manufacture.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

For the price there is not a better product in its category
The Nilfisk Multi 20 is without a shadow of a doubt the best in its price category. While this machine is not classed as a commercial device we use it in a very heavy duty situation that exposes it to hard work and concrete dust which is a killer to cheaper or similar machines. What sets this apart is its dual filtration with its high quality and disposable filter bags which makes disposal of toxic to your health dust easy. With the Nilfisk Multi 20 you get all the benefits of Nilfisks higher quality machines at a more affordable price but you...Read more
must understand that its not in their Nilfisk commercial range so its not going to be as tough.. But I must assure you compared to similar priced machines like the Ryobi that has less suction and less filtration (which cannot be good for you breathing in dust) the Nilfisk is a very good buy. Thank you Nilfisk for giving us a more affordable option to your more expensive commercial machines. I highly rate this product and its now been in use in our business for the last 4 years.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Know better, choose better.
Useless
Used twice....now minimal suction. Joke at $260 dollars.....don't waste your money. No online help at all. Whilst it blows air perfectly the lack of suction is astounding as I'm quite sure it us a vacuum cleaner. Disappointed as I thought it was an effective cleaner and brand name. It's not

Don't buy it:(
Just a few months after purchase, the top pipe cracked. At first, pipe kept coming apart easily. On closer examination, I could see poor design elements. The pipe does not extend long enough into the next pipe. therefore leading it to come out easily and the pressure around the top of the pipe led it to crack badly. So starting using it without that top part of the pipe, but then the second part starting cracking too. Cheap plastic crap . . . I feel ripped off! Useless!
Initially, when first purchased, I was impressed with the suction.
Poor design centred around the pipe set up.
