We use the fixed wireless and speeds deliver as advertised however it frequently drops out completely for extended amounts time, and more annoyingly has massive packet loss, if you are looking for quality for gaming or streaming best look elsewhere.

Took advantage of Node 1’s 3 month introductory offer of 100/30 mbbs service at $79 per month for the first 3 months and $99 thereafter. I have to say that I’m impressed. They were easy to contact, the install was booked within 4 days of ordering, the guys took about an hour from start to finish. Since then, I have been regularly getting over 100mbbs download and around 50mbps upload even at peak times. At one point the speed test download needle hit 154mbps. Goodbye NBN, hello quality, reliable (so far) internet!

I've had a few different internet service providers over the years, and Node 1 is simply the best in several ways. We have their fixed wireless service, and it's crazy fast - their service is excellent and responsive, and I recommend them to all my mates. Just updated to UltraFast and now getting >230Mbs downloads.

I was told it was very reasonable to expect at least 100 mb/s, maybe more.
As image attached, i got 184, with a nice low ping time. Goodbye NBN forever, hello modern world.

We have experienced many dropouts which could in fairness be the area however you can only call them to tend to any issues between the hours of 8 - 5.30 weekdays, half day Saturday and not at all on Sundays which is rediculous for an internet provider. The contactable hours of service have reduced to the above hours since we initially joined Node1.

Friendly service. Always really quick to get any issues resolved! The fact that the support team are all based locally in Western Australia makes communicating with them that much easier.

- Initial Assessment of connection quality was good
- Took over a week to get an installation appointment
- Installers turned up and said there isn't any space on the tower
- No time-frame for space to free up given
- Complete waste of time start to finish

They promised much but delivered little. Was being charged for items and services I didn't ask for.
I was stressed out with their service and thankfully moved to Aussie BB. They also will ban you from their Facebook page if you critic them. Quite insecure attitude and unprofessional.
Maybe they have miraculously improved since but their customer service needed a lot to be desired. No no from me.

Our family switched from a Telstra bigpond cable plan to a Telstra NBN Plan sometime in 2016. That didn't work at all so we switched to an Optus Fixed 4G Plan which was slow due to our substancial amount of internet traffic in our house and then we found out about Node1's Fixed Wireless Plan so we had all the equiptment installed and signed up for the 100Mbps Down 20Mbps Up, 1TB on-peak, Unlimited data off-peak plan for $139.95/month around July 2018. The connection is great; averaging 80-100 Down and 70-80 Up (?) and the customer support have been very helpful. We are changing to the $89.95/month 'Flexi' Plan next month. 100% would recommend.

Local people (Geraldton) with excellent knowledge. Everything explained. Installation happened by two professional guys. It took them a bit longer then normally but who cares when you get 115 mbps. Wow. The furthest point in house still had around 20 mbps which is 4 times faster then normal ADSL and more then 10 times faster then TP crap G. Belong could not even provide service.

After being stuck on optus ADSL2 with a bad connection I switched to Node1 For $69:95 / month (saving $10 minimum) I get Node1 Fixed Wireless: 25mbps / 5mbps - 250 GB On-Peak / Unlimited Off-Peak . Off-Peak Times are Midnight to 8:00 AM. The plan was 20 mbps 200 GB when I first signed up & early 2018 they boosted up to 25mbps / 250 GB at no extra cost . I have had speeds over 160mbps (off peak times) using ookla speed test ( http://www.speedtest.net ) I rarely get speeds under 22mbps . Any time I call them I get to talk to the accounts or tech guy directly.
