Part for my car

Was sent a msg that the part for my car had come in so I called to bring my car in and the female couldn't find it on the system, she said she was going to call me back the same day, that was now about 3weeks ago and still waiting

Smashed up service

They took money up front for car service, and then disclosed that they had had an accident in my car, whilst in their care! This was once money had been processed for car service. Initially would not supply a replacement vehicle whilst I took car to smash repairer. Then caved in (as they did not expect me to take car to smash repairer on the same day)....hey I did not expect them to smash my car! Got a replacement vehicle from Nothern Nissan (which was picked up from same smash repairer).

The staff at Nissan on Grimshaw street made the experience of selecting and purchasing my new car very easy. They were helpful and not pushy. I was able to test drive it and even take it home overnight for my husband to test drive. It's a great car and reasonably priced. I have been driving it now for three months and absolutely love it. The staff at service are also lovely and very helpful.

Excellent service once again

Once again I have had excellent service from the workshop. My Jeep Grand Cherokee hasn't missed a beat and it's always been maintained at NMG. Any extras are always dealt with well, such as the several punctures they've had to repair for me.

Stress free car purchase

We have never owned a new car before let alone purchase from a dealership. We began shopping around the area but found Kia at Northern Motor Group to be tremendous to deal with and the service we received was definitely a deciding factor as to which car we'd buy. Kia was Helpful, courteous, professional, and easy. Not once did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of.

Last week I walked into Northern Group (Kia) after dealing with a buy back situation on a disappointing car I purchased from another dealership 2 months. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove out with my new vehicle I experienced AMAZING customer service. All staff members (Kia, Finance, other brands etc) were all friendly, approachable and helpful which made the whole ideal quite enjoyable and exciting, especially after I had a previous bad experience. The whole process ran smoothly without any stress as the company (Kia and Finance departments) were extremely organised and helpful. I highly recommend dealing with Northern Motor Group if one wants an easy, smooth, friendly and exciting experience when purchasing a new car!

Tom Chavulak provided the best customer service a buyer could want. He was friendly, professional and made sure we were looked after at all times. The car itself is perfect, and the whole transaction was extremely smooth. Would definitely recommend him at Northern Motors.

Worst Service Center

They are only out to take your money. Have not ever seen a service center as bad as this one. I wish I had not taken my car there, I have had to pay 2000$ to get all the damages repaired at the actual dealership now because of what the Northern Motor Group did. They said they had repaired something but never did and took the money.

Our first contact was with Alex Camacho at Greensborough shopping centre, he was extremely helpful, we went on to dealing with Ron and Tom who continued the courtesy shown to us, we had further conversations with Alex every time we were at Greensborough and gained further knowledge about the vehicle we were about to purchase. We had to wait for delivery of our new KIA Sportage Platinum as the car we wanted was still on its way to Australia, but it was worth the two week wait, it is a lovely car to drive.

Unfortunately all was lost ( in translation) I was not made aware of finer point of the Giulietta I had to spend several hrs reading the manual to familiarise with the basic, Lights, phone, doors, and the uconnect display.
I was kept wondering in the yard for one hr before I was given the key and the manual. Mix up with registration and eventual refund and rebate due to pensioner discount, never taken in consideration or explained. I certainly did not feel the willingness, the courtesy, the professional interaction afforded to me by Alex Camacho.
