Part for my car
Was sent a msg that the part for my car had come in so I called to bring my car in and the female couldn't find it on the system, she said she was going to call me back the same day, that was now about 3weeks ago and still waiting

Very poor customer service
I have now taken my car for service 3 times each time I have a problem with the service work carried out.
Example: 1 Service Dept caused a problem with the steering which lead to 2 more visits for them to fix.
Example: 2 Received car back with oil stains over the paint work.
Example: 3 Requested rotation of wheels and balance as I had run over a rock on the road. Work not carried as they said the tyres were fine. Once again I received my car back dirty with bird droppings on it. I have been asked how my car is performing which is great, howe...Read more
ver, I now advise people not to purchase from Northern as their Service is quality is very poor. I have purchases 2 new cars from this company but never again. In fact I purchased my wife's new Nissan from Mantello's in Roxburgh Park a company who gives great after sales service.

Bad customer service!!!
Been a loyal customer of this place until today. Have bought more than 6 cars from this place. My 2 year old nissan navara D40 titanium that I bought brand new 0kms and now has only 30000kms has broken down and had to be towed for repair. As I always service it at the northern motor group, I took it there and they advised the car needed a new clutch costing a minimum of $3000 for a non genuine. d that they are $55 per day. As I had no other choice I had to get it fixed. Today got a call again from the service department now telling me that I needed a new battery. This is crazy! I had to pay a bill of over $3900. A 2 year old car costing me all this money in repairs and not getting any help or support from the northern motor group. Exemplary customer service from all involved
Right from the start, the team at Northern Nissan were amazing. David listened to my requirements and recommended the perfect car for my company needs, and it was well within my budget. He took lots of time showing me over the car and I took it for a couple of test drives just to be sure! Paul was a great help too, assisting with the deal. I was very happy with my trade-in price.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.
Ordered a brand new Nissan Y62. Was told delivery would be a couple of months. No worries. That's great I thought.
Just days before the expected delivery date, I made contact to confirm delivery. Left message after message on the answering machine. No return call.
I finally got to talk to the salesman who was organising it and got told, "Friday this week? No way. It's gonna be another 6 to 8 weeks!"
Nice to be told this now I said. I've already sold my daily drive.

Smashed up service
They took money up front for car service, and then disclosed that they had had an accident in my car, whilst in their care! This was once money had been processed for car service. Initially would not supply a replacement vehicle whilst I took car to smash repairer. Then caved in (as they did not expect me to take car to smash repairer on the same day)....hey I did not expect them to smash my car! Got a replacement vehicle from Nothern Nissan (which was picked up from same smash repairer).

Love my Nissan Pulsar ST, purchased at Northern Motor Group
The staff at Nissan on Grimshaw street made the experience of selecting and purchasing my new car very easy. They were helpful and not pushy. I was able to test drive it and even take it home overnight for my husband to test drive. It's a great car and reasonably priced. I have been driving it now for three months and absolutely love it. The staff at service are also lovely and very helpful.

Excellent service once again
Once again I have had excellent service from the workshop. My Jeep Grand Cherokee hasn't missed a beat and it's always been maintained at NMG. Any extras are always dealt with well, such as the several punctures they've had to repair for me.

Stress free car purchase
We have never owned a new car before let alone purchase from a dealership. We began shopping around the area but found Kia at Northern Motor Group to be tremendous to deal with and the service we received was definitely a deciding factor as to which car we'd buy. Kia was Helpful, courteous, professional, and easy. Not once did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of.

Fantastic!!
Last week I walked into Northern Group (Kia) after dealing with a buy back situation on a disappointing car I purchased from another dealership 2 months. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove out with my new vehicle I experienced AMAZING customer service. All staff members (Kia, Finance, other brands etc) were all friendly, approachable and helpful which made the whole ideal quite enjoyable and exciting, especially after I had a previous bad experience. The whole process ran smoothly without any stress as the company (Kia and Finance departments) were extremely organised and helpful. I highly recommend dealing with Northern Motor Group if one wants an easy, smooth, friendly and exciting experience when purchasing a new car!

Amazing customer service and delivery
Tom Chavulak provided the best customer service a buyer could want. He was friendly, professional and made sure we were looked after at all times. The car itself is perfect, and the whole transaction was extremely smooth. Would definitely recommend him at Northern Motors.

Worst Service Center
They are only out to take your money. Have not ever seen a service center as bad as this one. I wish I had not taken my car there, I have had to pay 2000$ to get all the damages repaired at the actual dealership now because of what the Northern Motor Group did. They said they had repaired something but never did and took the money.

Really good people to deal with
Our first contact was with Alex Camacho at Greensborough shopping centre, he was extremely helpful, we went on to dealing with Ron and Tom who continued the courtesy shown to us, we had further conversations with Alex every time we were at Greensborough and gained further knowledge about the vehicle we were about to purchase. We had to wait for delivery of our new KIA Sportage Platinum as the car we wanted was still on its way to Australia, but it was worth the two week wait, it is a lovely car to drive.

Had i dealt from A to Z with Alex Camacho, Iwould have had no hesitation to rate Northern Motoe gro
Unfortunately all was lost ( in translation) I was not made aware of finer point of the Giulietta I had to spend several hrs reading the manual to familiarise with the basic, Lights, phone, doors, and the uconnect display.
I was kept wondering in the yard for one hr before I was given the key and the manual. Mix up with registration and eventual refund and rebate due to pensioner discount, never taken in consideration or explained. I certainly did not feel the willingness, the courtesy, the professional interaction afforded to me by Alex Camacho.
