Fantastic customer service
I dealt with John who was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he was never too busy to answer any questions. His customer service was outstanding and he really gets to know his customers personally.

Service Dept. is very bad!
Service is very ordinary! Always late and very expensive. Very difficult, if a warranty claim is required. They will ttreat you like an idiot.

Pleasant and Satisfying
I had one of the most pleasant experience buying a car from Northern Motor Group through the services of Andrew. I knew which of the Kia vehicles I wanted to buy so my decision was to be based on customer service. I found Andrew to be very attentive to my requirements and very informative and knowledgeable.He was thorough, polite and most helpful. His follow up service was A1 and I'm looking forward to continuing a friendly contact with him. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants service and attention.

After sale service - less than 1*
At delivery of our Jeep we noticed a scratch on the dash. We were promised it would be looked at during first service. Service has been and gone and Northern Motor Group have denied our claim. Since then we have noticed the sewing lines are wrong on seat also.

Worst after sales service!
They offer the worst after sales service. Do not return calls. We have been waiting for a replacement part (original was faulty since purchase) for our Jeep Grand Cherokee since January 2015, 16 months later and still counting. Nothing but excuses from the dealer. We have to keep chasing them as they do not return calls... Ever! Unbelievable. Stay away!!!

Made it do easy
I recently purchased a Dodge Journey and couldn't be happier with the service that Michael Knight provided .Purchasing my car was made so easy and I have since had a ph call from Michael as a follow up to see how its all going .

My Old Jeep!
I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport which I found out needed some TLC after I purchased it from an independent car yard.
I could not be more grateful for the advise I was given from the staff at Northern, after having tried two other local mechanics who were not at all interested in helping me with an old Jeep and it's repairs.
The guys at Northern were patient with me and I even got to speak with a Tech from the workshop who was specialised in Jeep, which put my mind at ease.
The Service Advisor who took care of my Jeep, was informative and friendly and routinely updated me on progress!
The place was busy each time I was there, but I still felt like valued customer even with an older car.

Terrible after Sales Service
Their service department is pathetic.
1. Rude staff with no value for customer service (not all but 3 of the 5 I have met).
2. Terrible at providing accurate information. The service representative even provided with my false information just that they could close the job. The guys never bothered to fix the issue but we're trying to up sell. Spoke again to the tech directly while dropping the car the next day as the trouble persisted and he said it was quite usual with the service guys there.
3. Can understand they are a dealer so service will be expensive. Even after paying so much, provides cap service and do a proper diagnosis. Hard to get a booking as well.

terrible
recently purchased a 2009 Cherokee. had it back at northern jeep 5 times. Mechanics don't even know how to bleed the cooling system.Also left oil filter loose so oil dripped everywhere.

Outrageously expensive
At labour rates of $143 per hour and high mark up on parts plus unsympathetic attitude to customers Northern Motor Group are doing no favours to the Jeep brand. Before Jeep dealerships were in the Australia, Jeep parts were inexpensive through Queensland. This is certainly not the case now.

What after sales service !!!!
After purchasing a new Jeep Patriot
I noticed a paint defect and not long after a panel came unstuck
Trying to have problems fixed under warranty has now become a nightmare with all my phone calls never returned by the dealership
I wish I hadn't purchased a jeep

Quick to sell but not to help.
They could not stop sending me e-mail's and phone calls when I was interested in buying a vehicle but when I asked them to help me with paying for changing the thermostat the communication stopped. Will not buy from them again or advice friends/anyone. Vehicle is still going strong and happy with it but its those small things that matter.

Not impressed so far
I have sent my 2011 jeep Cherokee in for service and repairs and the female person who went through what I wanted done instantly tried to UPSELL. She tried to tell me that after only doing 39,0000 km in 4 years that I WILL need new discs, she or any mechanic has not even seen my jeep yet. Then she said I will need my A/C servicing- like hello -? No one has seen my car yet. She was pushy and any more of this I will report these people to fare trading !

Absolute SCUM
I sent a carsales enquiry on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and not only did I never get a reply from anyone but the scum bags now flood my inbox with spam about buying a car from them! Don't give them your email address if you value your privacy!
