Service Department
Never go to the Northern Motor Group to get your car repaired! They’ve had my car for four months and it’s still not fixed. They rarely reply to your calls or emails. Thoroughly disgusted.

Do not buy a jeep!
Biggest regret ever! They say anything to you to sell you a car and then a few months down the track there is no one to turn to when your car has serious issues! Worst Service Centre! Haven't had our car for over a month and there's no resolution! Stay away!!!!

Hopelessly incompetent
The worst company of any I have ever dealt with we bought our grand Cherokee 5 yrs ago and have nothing but drama and disrespect in every department of this company from after sales service to actual servicing to all the recalls we have had to do moving forward let’s say I wouldn’t purchase a coke from their vending machine

Terrible customer service and complete rip offs! Do not buy a car here - definitely do not trade in!
Brought our second car here (wish we had not) so upset with how i was treated. Traded in our car and have been Completely ripped off. They do not care about people at all. After i tried questioning them, was abused verbally over the phone and spoken to like a child. I am in service myself and would never speak to someone like this. Disgusting.

Crazy if you still want service from Bundoora service centre
I am unsure why but this is the only dealership in Australia where they focus on providing bad service. We purchased a Fiat & were promised by the dealership he would repair a small dent. It takes me travel to the dealership 7 times + driving the car to the paint shop to get a photo and 1500 km later to get sorted. The worst part is every time you arrive they had no record of your appointment. Very disappointing.

After sales promises non existent!!!
We purchased a Focus for our daughters first car. Were promised by Con he would repair a small dent and supply a spare key. Neither has been done & can't get him to return calls! Very disappointing!

Nightmare experience
We went in to buy what seemed like a fair priced used car. There was a broken part when we tested it. We were assured it was an easy fix (“we’ll have it ready tomorrow”) and we signed and paid a deposit. The salesman then called the next day to say it wouldn’t be ready for another business day. The part was never ordered. When pressed to say if the lart had been ordered yet, the salesman refused to say. een the end of the cooling off period and the time when the car would be “ready”. They stretched it out so that we couldn’t even see a roadworthy certificate before the end of the cooling off period and continued to tell us we should just “take their word” and “show some trust” that it would be okay. On a $20k purchase, that is totally unacceptable behaviour. The salesmen we dealt with (there were two) provided NONE of the documentation required before pushing us to sign the contract. They made several promises that they would, and never followed through. They then tried to tell us they were unaware of the defect on the car, even though it was present in the photos and they had moved the car twice to make it accessible for a test drive. great customer service
I have been coming here for almost 4 years and have found the service team to be friendly. my car is in good hands. Today I met with Santo Dell' Aquila. when I went in this morning I was told a different price he helped me out and I was given a better price. Thankyou Santo. Happy Customer :)

Slack service center
Booked my car in 3 times for a service, and requested a sms as a reminder ;3 times they didnt send it. Finally got to service . only to be confronted with ad ons on top of ad ons . Car was serviced only to find they had not looked at a front brake /shocker which i wanted, they had not even found a brake light had gone out.
How can i trust that the service has been performed properly.
When asked what happened to a car wash at least (since i paid them over $1000 ), was told "'oh we didnt get to that"'

Expensive servicing, poor communication, hidden and inflated costs. Terrible customer service.
I booked my Jeep Compass in for a service (usually around $350-400) but upon arrival on the morning was told it was due for it's 48,000km major service (I had only 42,000km on it) that would cost $865. When I questioned it, I was given an itemised breakdown of the work that would be done, and reluctantly agreed to the service. When I returned to collect my vehicle the bill came to $1120!!! odged a formal complaint and after four weeks of chasing them was finally was told they were clear in what they told me, they had my signature agreeing to the costs, and there was nothing they could do because their pricing is correct. I don't dispute the charges are legitimate, but I was never provided informed financial consent so they hid the true costs from me until it was too late. Would never recommend buying a car here.
Purchased a new car from interstate. The car took over a week longer than was originally quoted to deliver and arrived damaged. The dealership was slow to response and deal with the issue and then wasted many hours of my time. Ultimately the car still has not been fixed to my satisfaction and I have been forced to resort to legal action to deal with the issue. I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Isuzu MUX servicing been spot on.
All good from the first phone contact to the picking up of the car. Free shuttle bus to greensbrough shopping centre. Coffee tea and biscuits while waitng. Car has been serviced at northern for the last 4 years.

Unsatisfactory Service
Will never have our car service here ever again after my experience this morning. Our car was purchased 18 months ago and at the last service 5 months ago we were advised by the service team that all four tyres needed replacing . with [name removed] this morning . Nothing was on file about the credit and [name removed] had ceased employment so was told there was nothing they can do. I said this was not satisfactory and explained what had happened previously and he also spoke with my husband who explained the same scenario. [name removed] was not prepared to do anything and I sought to speak to management. [name removed] basically said he didn't know if the conversation was held so basically calling us a liar even though the staff were incompetent previously by not recording anything. Another employee came and the situation was explained again and a $100 credit was offered. This was appreciated but the way I was treated by [name removed] was absolutely disgusting so we have taken our business elsewhere. Not a way to treat people that is for sure.Similar opinion?
