Well priced policy which had some choice and was easy to apply for. I also received a "before you leave' email with good contact information. I liked this email as it gave me some confidence that I would be able to speak with someone if I had troubles. I did not need to make any claims.

my policy was of excellent value and was extremely easy to set up. applying was easy with step by step instructions. Highly recommended for any person travelling abroad. Would definitely use again.

No claim made, but policy super easy to set up with very competitive prices. Policy taken out for 10 day holiday. Great peace of mind to have at a very reasonable cost.

Compared over 30 different travel insurance policies and the Basic Duo & Comprehensive Duo were the best value with similar claim limits. Easy to apply & set up online. Did not make a claim though, so unable to comment on ease of that process.

I wanted to look for a cheap travel insurance for my partner and I. I first looked at "compare the market" for travel insurance, and this insurance was at the top of the list (being the cheapest). The price is incredible particularly it covered the both of us. The only issue my partner had was it would have been good if there were at least an option to choose an additional cover (but same can be said for other insurance lines).

I do recommend this as a cheap insurance if you are wanting to be on a small budget leading up to your trip.

Signing up was easy and I received excellent coverage. The price beat all others by at least $5. The travel was for Thailand for a period of 10 days and even though I chose basic cover it covered me for everything I needed. I did not need to claim but the process of gaining cover was easy and pain free.
