The policy I purchased was essential for travellers like me. Considering that my partner and I travel yearly I wouldn't miss on buying the policy before our travel. I feel secured whenever I have this policy and I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Easy to read policy wording in the PDS good coverage if needed. I have not claimed given the easy process of buying hopefully making a claim is just as easy.

Simple and easy and seemed comparable to other policies at a slightly lessor price. Though didn't need to claim so can't comment on the claim/payment process. Overall seems to be good value.

I had comprehensive cover with Online Travel Insurance and broke my toe while overseas. I had to see a doctor and get my foot bandaged. When I claimed, they told me I had to pay an excess of $200 and since the cost of my medical bills was less then this amount, I was not covered. So even though the cost of insurance is very low the excess when claiming is high. Would not recommend this insurer.

Policy is good value and easy to set up. Comprehensive policy provides all of the cover I require. Have purchased OTI policy more than 6 times but have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on the claims service - thankfully!

Easy online set up with good cover and low cost. Didn't need to make claim but also didn't have any concerns while on holiday and was happy with the cover.

I missed my domestic flight because of international flight delayed for mechanical reasons. Tried to see if I was covered for expenses incurred because of the delay. I had to pay double the money for my new flights at the airport, last minute flights. Apparently it covers not much!! Even when it says it covers missing flight... your reason probably is not on their list! What a waste!!

Online Travel Insurance made this aspect of our trip very easy and quick!
We felt the premium was very good value for the cover we got, compared to other Insurance sites. Their premium cover was less than some basic covers offered by others, so OTI will be our only choice next time we travel, as I have done all the comparison work already!
As far as Customer Service is concerned, I can't really comment too much on that aspect, as I never needed to make use of that part of their business. Which is a good thing really, as we only buy Travel Insurance for peace-of-mind, hoping not to make use of it.

Best priced comprehensive policy I could find.
It was easy to purchase online and policy was e-mailed quickly.
As you would hope with insurance I didn't have to make a claim so I can't offer an opinion on making a claim.

Policy was good value, very easy to set up and although it was not required, I will utilise in the future and trust the claims are as efficient as the rest of the process.

Having checked one of the comparisons travel insurance sites I checked Online Travel as I had bought insurance from them before. They were comfortably the cheapest tariff and the cover was sufficient. I didn't score top marks because I bought insurance for my wife and myself and it wasn't clear if the price displayed was for one or two people (it was for two), and I haven't tried to make a claim to see how this goes.

Easy application, took only a matter of minutes to complete. Great comprehensive cover, provided great security during our holiday. Price was very competitive and cheaper than the competition. Very happy
