Our build with Orion Homes was great from the start. We had an amazing initial consultant who took us through the best alternatives for our new home. The whole process was very quick and customer service was amazing. House is built with excellent quality and was built within deadline. From start to finish, we can not speak highly enough of Orion Homes. From the initial sales process to design and handover. All the staff were very helpful and understand.
Maintenance was done 6 months after and all items were covered!!!
As first home owner, they made the whole process so transparent & easy.
We had a few hick ups along the way before design final sign up but theses were rectified very quickly.
Our Site supervisor was very helpful and was happy to show the progress when ever we asked.
It has been over 3 years since handover and to be honest, we have had no issues.

From our first initial meeting with the sales team, we felt we made the right choice with a wide range of inclusions plus additional luxury inclusions which was one of the main reasons we signed up. We also made customisations which not many builders offer, the sales team estimation was on-point to the final cost. This is our 2nd house build, previously dealt with a large volume builder and it was a nightmare, so it was definitely a smoother process throughout the stages. Quality throughout the home met above our expectations and definitely would recommend to our friends and family.

We had house build from Orion homes. It took nearly year to finish. Handover was done with few fitted equipment not working. 6 month maintenance took more than 22 months to finish. We had so many problems throughout. They have got excuse for every single wrong thing they do. Some of the maintenance job was not done properly and they said we cant do it any more. We have done once. Due to very poor quality of service floor board on upper level was very noisy and and even after maintenance its noisy.

Stay well away from this lot.very poor quality in material and workmanship in there tradesman.had big problems with my home after 3 months of moving in and still waiting for repairs after 3 years.made multiple efforts with there office and just got same answer that they would talk to contractors but nothing happened. DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS MOB U WILL REGRET IT. my ceiling leaks water all the time through the downlights every time it rains.rendering is cracking in many places outside walls.loose pipes in ceiling making loud banging noise all night and day when its windy. Downpipes falling away from walls .dirty boot marks left on staircase and polish was put straight over it .There's no quality at all in anything the builder does.

The main difference between Orion Homes and other larger building companies I approached for a quote, was that upgraded items were builder's standard. The choice of colours, tiles, flooring options etc. was also substantial. Their interior designer Wendy was a pleasure to work with. The whole project came together stress free and just as we imagined it. We are very happy in our new home.

I had a very positive experience using Orion to build my new home.I was drawn to this company as the standard inclusions offered was very high (e.g. double glazed windows and 1550 ceilings) this resulted in the end product being a warm and cosy home. All staff, from Brian the Sales contact through to admin and finance staff were always pleasant and timely with their responses. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally, in a couple of instances when escalation to Jan and Noel was required they were both very responsive. I would highly recommend this builder.

The sales consultant was very helpful even after the home was settled. Went through my floor plan and was very flexible of my floor plan, did quite a lot adjustment to achieve my family needs. The quality and the price of the house meet my expectations.

Had issue with cooling system and I call the salesman, he came to my house and made phone call to assist, spent few hours to solved my issue, very appreciate.
