I found the North Sydney branch very helpful and would call the office manager, Uday, to discuss what you needed. I don't know how they handle international transfers.

I've asked for the above and received it. Not that anything has gone wrong but they'll also manage the claim end to end if something goes wrong. I've sent a few items worth more than 7k and felt assured that the right precautions are being taken.
