The customer service from the staff there is simply outstanding, second to none.

But...their systems are ridiculously archaic and they aren't willing to fix them. They mark items as dispatched when they aren't in fact dispatched/picked up by the courier, so you then spend the next 24-48 hours wondering why your tracking number is rejected by AusPost.

Been using these guys for years, always easy to find the parts on the site. If I place the order in the morning it always ships same day

The website was really easy to navigate. Monitor that i purchased was a good price for what i was given. shipping was amazing with delivery within 2 working days over 5000Km away.

very simple and perfect on the range of product, stock are real time as well, however they do need to be clear on communication, 1 limited GPU per household doesn't exactly say 1 GPU only per household across all the GPU range lol, so pick your best GPU you can afford and don't waste it on lower tier GPU in hope to get something better later when in stock, has you wont be able to buy it as you reached the quoted, nevertheless, awesome services and response

This was the only place in Australia I could find an MSI docking station without paying silly money on Amazon. It turned up with a few days with no issues. Ecellent service, I highly recommend.

I was extremely happy after buying the Ryzen 5 3600 aorus bundle my PC is finally stable again.

Prior to the upgrade my old hardwear would fail to power on or to boot and I would receive a blue screen on boot, after this upgrade I was blown away, my system is significantly faster in games that with the previous FX 8350 I was using.

Now my system is stable and extremely responsive, I'm definitely going to buy it again for my spare PC which has a dead motherboard.
