Great website and fantastic service!
Wow! I was happy with my experience, easy to use website. There was one little hiccup but Susie at Pet House quickly fixed it for me (thanks Susie).

Great Service, Great Product!
Thank you for rushing through my order to arrive in time for my daughters birthday - much appreciated! The hutch looks fantastic in our house too, very modern and suits our decor. It was super easy to put together too and our bunny is loving his new home!

I cannot rave enough about the experience I’ve had with Pet House! I’ve worked in retail/customer service for over 18 years and it’s a rarity these days to find service that was as faultless as this. I’d purchased the wrong product and Susie assisted without making me feel like I was a burden (as many these days do) and came up with a solution that made me feel like I was being looked after. Fast delivery and good customer service

Waiting Waiting Waiting
I placed my order on 5.7.19 and 2 weeks later it had still not been shipped. It was in stock. I made contact via email and was told it would be dispatched WAITING WAITING WAITING. I rang and questioned the whereabouts of my order only to have the person continually yawn down the phone. So after trying to receive assistance to no avail with emails and several phone calls and 1 month later with no delivery in sight no explanation and no calls in sight I gave up and cancelled my order and requested a refund where I was informed it will take 5 days!
Never again unprofessional

Refund waiting, waiting, waiting.
I ordered on May 22nd (today is June 22nd). I use PayPal as a checkout and there my address is full and correct. For whatever reason, PHS truncated the address so a week later I enquired about my item and was eventually told by Australia Post that the manifest from the store was incorrect and they had not provided my full address. The item would be returned to the store. I made it clear to the store that I wanted a refund. I was told no, not until item was returned. Given PayPal aren't always fast processing their end I point out the time that has gone by and request an immediate refund. Told the "finance team" has been contacted. A terrible delay tactic and here and there it seems the larger the business and the more trade they do, the more time they take to resolve issues. What also bothers me is that the business accepted no responsibility on providing an incorrect address. Around EOFY sales I bought half a dozen items from various places all through the same process. Not one had wrong address. My problem in these instances is that you spend money on a product you need (vet required). Great purchase
I purchased a new litter tray for my cat with Pet House and was a little bit concerned with how high the price was for the particular product but I am extremely happy with it! Looks exactly like the photos and is true to size. Shipping was fast and traceable which I love. I will definitely be using Pet House in the future :) Thanks!

Excellent Service
Purchased some joint supplements for my dog. I ordered on the 9/05/2019 and received my order today 13/05/2019. I was very happy with the quick postage, communication and the package was well packaged to avoid any damage.
Will definitely be using them again.

Terrible company, don't bother purchasing from them!
I purchased 2 3kg bags of dried premium cat food from Pet house superstore. When delivered I discovered that 1 bag was open so I was unable to use it as I couldn't be sure the food was not contaminated. Emailed pethouse superstore through their website immediately with photos of issue requesting a replacement bag be sent to me a.s.a.p, waited a week, no reply. ved an email 30 mins later from girl stating that they had sold out of the product so they would issue me with a refund instead. I immediately go on to the pethouse superstore website & see that the product is not sold out at all & in fact the very next day the product is on special! So they must have had plenty in stock. At this point I'm very annoyed but will just wait for my refund & vow never to purchase from pethouse superstore again, but wait there's more! What a surprise that after waiting 6 business days I still haven't received my refund! So today I call them again only to be told "your refund is in the queue, but we will action it today for you", in the "queue"for 6 business days? I paid via PayPal so it takes them pressing the refund button & paypal immediately refund the money. Basically if I hadn't called back they would not have refunded my money & hoped I would have forgotten. So it took over 2 weeks and multiple follow ups by me just to receive a refund. Pethouse superstore is unbelievably incompetent, dishonest & unprofessional. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Edit: I was eventually contacted by the new customer service manager who was extremely apologetic & sent me a replacement bag for free, which I really appreciated, but I doubt I would purchase from them again.Similar opinion? Dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable service
I ordered Hill’s Metabolic treat, glucosamine Black Dog treat and dog’s comb for my senior dog around Boxing Day when they have the Boxing Day sale.

d said that the product was not sent because it was damage and refund will be processed to my account. However, on the same day, I replied the email and told her I don’t want a refund as I still need the treat to be sent to my house once they have restocked. I sent an email to follow up about my issue on 10Jan19 but they have never replied back to until now. Instead I found a refund of $10.35 on 11Jan19 in my account. The things that make me upset with their business are: 1. Why they didn’t tell me in the first place that the product was damage ? I feel this business is dishonest as I was the one who contacted them about the missing product! What will happen if I didn’t contact them about the missing product? There is high possibility that they won’t refund and I won’t get my dog’s treat that I paid. Very cheeky business! 2. They ignore my query, no reply at all from them since the issue was raised.
