Was greet by friendly staff and the while seeing the vet he took the time to explain the problem with mine and my mums dogs.

Brought $140 dog clippers got them home they worked crap called store in Traralgon was told to bring them back in got there and was told no we can’t take them back you have to send them back to company for refund so have to pay to post back then wait 6-8 weeks for refund all this happened in under an hour very poor service won’t be returning here again

placed order - received email stating would order would have to be supplied from out of state - if problem please contact them.
rang and requested priority shipping which petstock agreed - also agreed to ship that day.
3 days later rang them and they just cancelled the order after speaking to me, and didn't contact me at all.
special vet order for my animals.
disgraceful behaviour from any store let alone a pet store. buyer beware.

if you didn't have the stock why agree to upgrade the shipping and then never ship at all? you just wanted the money.
as everyone can see from the lack of response from petstock the above was correct. i just wish everyone could have heard the conversation, because the total disinterest and hostility said it all.

They told me I was buying some "sucking cat fish" how wrong they were... I bought 3 if these guys in December, 2 died within a week (in hindsight I'm glad) the survivor was territorial I didn't think anything of it, last week I though one of my gold fish had a bacterial infection because it was covered in red marks and missing scales, I bought some drops but the next morning it died again hindsight why just the one fish not all, turns out the "sucking catfish" was a Chinese algae eater on which grows to 11" and is KNOWN to eat other fish.. the ...

Understand there is a sale on and there would be a higher demand for the website.
I did infact go instore and purchase products.
However I have since decided on wanting more products and attempted for 2 days to access the website put in a queue states 15 minutes then continues to jump from 15 to 18 down to 9 them back to 20.
This is highly disappointing.

Apparently a sale, it is impossible to access their websites. I find it hard to believe that so many are on the website at once for 30 hours. I have tried for over 30 hours to order my pets food.

The sale is also running in store until today! :) Thanks, the PETstock Teamthis website seems to dump you in a queue to be dealt with by either a person or online bot and had wait time of more than 30 minutes. Stupid system when all I wanted to do was check if they had particular items available and cost of those possible for instore purchase. I could in fact drive to the store, look in person and buy products faster than waiting to be "served" by this site.
They need to have a real online store that allows customers to look at what stock items they offer not just special promos on a main page
I recently took my dog to Petstock, Latrobe st, Ballarat to have a Halti fitted . Bethany was very patient with my anxious boy and within minutes he was sitting on the floor while Bethany fitted the Halti on-him.Walking instantly changed to be enjoyable so thank you to this staff member for her patients and knowledge of the correct product for my anxious dog.
A week later I went in with my other dog for Bethany to fit another Halti to him.
Our lives have changed to be a pleasure walking.
Excellence to this Petstock staff member.

I've been shopping at Petstock Mandurah for the last 7 - 8 years as they have a good selection of good quality dog food. My dog is now 17 years old and the Advance Dog food (lamb formula) can was no longer suiting him. I had already switched my other dog on to the Advance sensitive diet (can) and he was doing better. I tried to return the lamb (5cans) and they said as I had purchased it out of the 30 day return period I could not even tho' it is clearly stated on the can 'satisfaction guarantee return to where you purchased for a no questio...

Taking Auggie the cat to the PETstock movile vet was an easy and enjoyable experience. For both of us. Dr Taylah is a great vet who takes her time to build a relationship with the owners and their pets. I can’t fault her dedication and clear love of all things pets. Auggie left feeling happy and well-loved.

At first I was so scared to take my Pomeranian anywhere as the last time we took her to a groomer she came out with a broken leg. She went in so anxious and scared but petstock Clyde north did such an amazing job at taking care of her and calming her down. They took their time to ensure my Pomeranian had the best experience possible and she was so happy when she came out! Highly recommended for their grooming service! Amazing customer service all around to ensure the best care for your pet! I’ll 100% will be returning!

Today we had our 4 year old Maltese dog called Charlie, groomed at Petstock Ellenbrook. Ashley and her assistant did a fantastic job and he looks perfect, and she clipped him just the way we like it. Well done, Ashley and partner!
I was scammed by them not ONCE but TWICE.
The first time I ordered cat litter directly from their website. They were out of stock but still showed it there. I waited for a week until I emailed them saying I didn’t get it, they emailed back simply say we are out of stock, nothing more, then I had to asked for a refund on an order that they couldn’t process!
The second time I order through another website, had no idea they work with PetStock. They have next day shipping policy. The second day after I placed my order, no confirmation or details o...
There is always a reason or excuse that they cannot price match even tho it's following all the rules and regulations..
There answer is to just buy online then.

LaTrobe Street Petstock, Ballarat, Victoria. This is a fantastic store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some great me by name if not clear recognition. With a collection of critters I am in this store probably once a fortnight. Dog grooming, dog food, dog toys, crickets, chaff, sheep pellets, horse food, wormers etc. Dog grooming standards are amazing. Jasper B, the canine, and staff have a home like familarity.
Disrespectful, rude and toxic culture. Product not as described. Selling kittens but profiles and foster carers descriptions do not match on several instances. Petstock management, regional management, customer service and rescue group deny accountability and treat customers valid complaint disrespectfully, awfully and illegally. No transparency. Truth tellers are dismissed. Only those with something to hide need to do that. I was not surprised to see poor reviews and the same experience on here and other review sites. Read the staff reviews on indeed.com.au. Confirms an unhealthy toxic culture and same experience all round from a staff perspective. Do not go to Petstock stores. Extremely disappointed.

I raced in to get some flea drops for my dog and was given Cat flea drops. The blonde girl did not repeat what I said or ask any questions. She asked if I had a membership and I said don't worry about it. I didn't really check as I didn't have glasses. I then get home 30 minutes later to find I have CAT drops. Even my 2 year old grandson knows the difference between a CAT and a DOG. $58! As long as you don’t have to return anything they are good, I got some kangaroo tails in a package, one was good other one was all fat no meat. At the register she had logged me as buying with an account, so I figured who needs the receipt right? wrong.

The staff at the South Melbourne store are always friendly, professional, and quick to serve you. The range of products instore is also great. I like to use this store mostly for click and collect, but also use it when shopping instore as it is very convenient. I like that I can bring my dogs instore and they are very understanding when one of them decides to go to the toilet (oops).
