Extremely disappointed. They are money oriented business i say. Sales agent pretend to be nice and then once contract signed and off the cooling period no way of exit cause you have to pay huge amount instead. Hidden charges not explained when asked in the beginning. Staffs keep changing so when you have some issue with the car or anything then store can't to anything cause contract is with agent and agent can't do anything cause he is not there anymore.
So be careful while buying and signing any paper from dealer.

Service was great, the salesman knew his product and nothing was too much trouble. Went out of his way to find a car in the colour we wanted and have have it delivered when we wanted to

Some staff (not all) when purchasing the new car were extremely 'pushy' and off-putting.
Took my new car in for the first service, tyres needed air nothing else as the car was only 5 weeks old.
When I picked it up and drove home the tyres were pumped too high so I took it back the next day and they fixed them on the spot and suggested whenever they need attention bring it back and they will do it while I wait so this is what I will do.
Happy with the service and the staff in the service centre.

Great costumer service and prompt delivery. I will use PHIL Gilbert any time. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get the fuel voucher just because my delivery was outside of the September 30TH deadline even though my purchase was complete before then.

Best service no problem looking to buy another car.

We had our ix35 in for a drivetrain noise. The car was coming to the end of its warranty and the Phil Gilbert service department couldn’t find the problem. Had it in 3 times! Of course then the warranty ran out and we went to a local mechanic and he found it to be the drive belt pulley straight away! Fixed it in 1 hour.

Rang to get further details of listed used car. Asked specifically about damage and none was divulged. Arrived to find car covered in dents and ripped upholstery. Sales man said all would be repaired. Would not give a price on car without repairs. Then said no discounts, no repairs, car was list price only. We wanted to buy but could not get a straight answer or price! Took hours. A complete waste of our time.

Sales, Service, Follow Up, Support, Customer Care - all rate favourably so far. Everyone in sales did their job well and my first experience with the Service department was the same. Of course the true test of Customer Care is over time, when the glow of the sale has worn off. If my initial experience is anything to go by, it should be a good relationship.

Good customer service and supportive. Extended help and sales staff are very polite. Delivery was on time as promised. Explained all the details and assisted through out the process.
