Fantastic!!
This is such a cool addition to our bathroom! Honestly, it’s so stylish from the toothbrush itself to the glass charging cup and handy travel charging case. We have no complaints and have switched from oral b to Phillips toothbrushes post purchasing the airflosser which in combination with the toothbrush makes my teeth feel incredible! My only issue is the two heads are the same identical and therefore makes it hard to be able to differentiate between my head and my partners but I just have to buy another coloured head I guess!

Life expectancy not up to standards
Does a great job on cleaning teeth. The actual toothbrush head does not last very long. First one lasted right at 2 years second one lasted 1 year one week.

Not bad
Got this for my husband. We had one small issue at the beginning got that sorted and now he has had it for a while and is doing well. I love the travel case. The sensitive setting is still a bit too much for me but I'm very sensitive. My husband loves it and def notice his teeth are whiter since using it.

Well worth the money
I splurged when I bought this and was like "why am I spending so much money on a toothbrush" but it's honestly so worth it. So many settings to suit your needs and I love the easy (and funky) charging glass. The only thing I don't like is how expensive the new heads are, but I still recommend it!

Its good but not the best
It's a great toothbrush do not get me wrong! But with the price tag I feel like it could be better. There should be more technology on what teeth have been brushed and such. The charge is long but it doesn't feel like it's a great clean only a good clean.

Clean mode is enough for me
I bought this Sonicare diamond pink a few months ago. It has five models. However, I found everytime when I use it, I actually use clean mode only. The other four models have seldom been used. I can't see any major difference between this five models.

Great Toothbrush! Worth the extra money
I would not pay the $500 RRP for this and got it half price, however my teeth have been much better for it and it's so much simpler to use compared to other alternatives. Highly recommended for those who have had gum issues in the past as well as its quite gentle.

Just average
I would say it's just average, not outstanding product doesn't seem much difference than other electronic tooth brush. it's not really effective to clean and prevent tartar than any other toothbrush and given its cost, I don't really recommand this product and also customer service is not good basically they can do nothing if you have any enquries.

Perfect! My gum stops bleeding.
I replace my old Oral-B electronic brush with this one. The movement of this brush is much more gentle and comfortable. My gum bleeds often when I use the Oral-B brush. Now I feel much better.

Love the clean battery life not so great anymore after 2 years
This toothbrush gives me an excellent clean and is easy to take with me when not at home in the toothbrush case. I have had it for almost two years and the battery is now needing charging far more frequently (every 2 weeks). It used to last well over a month and was part of the attractiveness of the toothbrush. Still recommend it. It is far better two years in than other electric brushes I've owned. My partners brush failed after a year, but it was replaced without any fuss, and his new brush hasn't had any problems.

Love It
I've had this product for about a month and I love it. And it really does the job too. Even my dentist noticed an improvement in my gum health after just a few weeks.
Pros:
Easy to get used to if your switching from a manual toothbrush.
Charging case for travel. Genius!
The glass charging stand. Put your electric toothbrush in a glass just like you did with your manual toothbrush.
Charge lasts for a long time. Charging options make it easy to keep charged up.
Fast and really works.

Expensive. I wish you could select the mode apart from the power button. The power button is the ONLY button and that's asking a lot of one button. The brushes don't always fit correctly causing the unit to run really loudly. Replacement brushes are more expensive than other replacement brushes. I think they're worth it, though, just because of the good result I've had with my teeth. You're going to shell out a little money on this device, but I do think it's a good investment. My teeth have never felt better.1 comment

$370 toothbrush and Helpdesk is off shore and utterly useless
I just bought a sonicare. Over $300 and Philips being the cheap company that they are, instead of investing in quality staff, it is someone off shore who has zero product knowledge, reading from a script and enfuriting me along the way.
I have just replaced a previous model which was around $250ish when I bought it and that included a sanitiser.
This new model is over priced, has less functionality, it doesn’t even have an off button. Instead you have to scroll through the brush setting until you get to the end. The previous model als...Read more

I have had my toothbrush for not even 2 months and it is already broken. The head doesn’t sit on right and it makes a lot of noise and just wiggles around but not really effectively connecting either the bristles to brush my teeth properly. I think I may have thrown out the warranty from inside the box but I would still have the email from when I bought it online.
I loved it when it was working but am disappointed that it’s already broken after not even 2 months use.

Hello. I purchased my sonicare in Aug last year; it was working fine and all of a sudden it has developed a fault. The brush or the head part of it is hardly doing a thing but the actual motor/handle part has become really loud, like its working overtime. What can I do for a speedy replacement seeing as it is still in warranty?
Thank you,
Jayde

I have had three Sonicare toothbrushes that ALL developed the same fault. Motor works but no movement on the brush. The first one Philips replaced. Not buying one again, even though they are great when they work. Anyone recommend another premium toothbrush that has a bit more longevity? Especially for the price!
