SCAM - avoid at all costs
I would never usually write a review, but we also got the letter, had the carbon monoxide test, we’re told to spend $3k updating unit and scared us bc we had a newborn baby. Got second opinion from leading heating/cooling specialist and nothing wrong w unit or ducts. The person they sent over was a kid and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I called office repeatedly to speak to senior technician and when they finally took my call they didn’t seem to know much more than the apprentice. Avoid

SCAM Company
SCAM company. After moving to our new house last year, we got the letter like everyone that the service is due. So we rang Premiaire flow. The guy turned up and said that we need to change the evaporative cooling filters which cost us $650+$199 service. We didn't use the evaporation cooling as the weather was nice at this time. We started using it when the heat wave started but it didn't work. We rang a local service to come and check it. We found out that they ( Premiaire guy) broke the cooling system and disconnected the water. We tried to ring Premiaire to complain, their phone is disconnected and website is down.

Misleading on their prices
We needed a air filter for our air grill & we were advised $60 for it . We have the email invoice for it . On the the day to get it installed they decide that no it will cost $150 . Talk about dishonesty . I recommend do not use them as they are a unprofessional business.

SCAM company
The worst and dishonesty company I met in my life so far. I received the same letter with special rate $199. when this guy named Matthew jay come to check and said evaporative cooling unit need to be changed water pump and filter which cost about $1000. he breaked appointment 3 times and finally came to fix the machine without any receipt when I wasn't at home.
After 3 months, the machine doesn't work and I can see the water come out from machine. I try to contact this guy and never get reply. I asked another company to check the problem...Read more
and they said filter change only cost 360 dollars and the water pump looks not a new one. My evaporative cooling unit has some problem on the board control, Premi air flow did not point out the problem, they just scam money in some easy change part. That's really bad experience I met, and don't trust this company.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Would not hesitate!
I recently had a technician come out to look at my heating and cooling systems that both required servicing as they had not been touched in years. The technician was well presented and very friendly, keeping me well informed of what he was doing. One of my control panels was not working correctly and he advised exactly how he would go about fixing it and what cost and time would be involved. Great, efficient and knowledgeable service from a lovely team both at the office and in my home. Highly recommend!

Gas Heater
Shaun inspected the old heater, and was courteous and informed me in an efficient manner that it needed to be replace.
Ryan came out and checked the old heater and then advised me which model was best. He has just installed it now. He was well mannered and friendly. The work was done efficiently and the old heater was taken,
Thank you.

No Show And Nearly Scammed, Overpriced
We received letter about the AC due for service "according to their records" in the mail. The ac had conveniently stopped working within that time, so when we got the service men to come in they charged us a $200 service fee without actually doing anything, they merely went to the roof and come down within minutes staying that the whole AC needs to be changed and it was about $3000 but they will shave off they service fee is we went with their company.
So a few months go by and we decided to get the AC sorted, we booked in for a date and was...Read more
told we needed to pay a 50% deposit. When this happened, the guy did not turn up after a WHOLE DAY of waiting. We called MANY times during the day to ask about the technician, and the receptionist over the phone was very rude, unprofessional and dismissive (i think her name was [name removed]) on every interaction we had. She kept telling us to "not panic" in an very blunt fashion, and she could never give us an estimate of when to expect the technician to arrive. In the end, after 5 hours of waiting around we were told the technician was 20 minutes away. Well he never turned up even after waiting around for another hour! in the end we got a call to say he had an emergency pipe burst and had to cancel his jobs. So they decided to book us in the following way, first thing in the morning. So the next day comes, and the technician never turns up after we waiting for the first 2 hours. We called and were told he had tonsilitis and was told he was already off sick from the evening the day before. So we complained because we could've been updated earlier and not for us to keep chasing their tails. In the end they tried to get another guy to come in (this took another 2 hours of waiting around for their phone calls) and by 4pm we were told there wasn't anyone available. So there goes another day wasted waiting around for this so called technician. In the end we demanded for a refund. And just to let you know, i managed to get another company to come in the next few days after; and they only charged us $850 for everything, they even told me the AC did not need replacing, only a motor change! I probably should thank this no show technician or i would've been clearly ripped off. Zero star rating if there was an option.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent service from Ryan
Ryan arrived on time, and after introductions, quickly got to work. Carefully checked out the Evaporative Cooler system which he had installed with Mitchell 2 years ago. Dismantled cooler pads, cleaned them and system including pump, tested electrics, then drainage. Replaced, cleaned up, then left. Looking forward to his return in two years for another service.

Complete incompetence - I had damaged tiles, as well as water through ceiling. Do not use this compa
I also got a scam letter stating that my Evaporative Cooler needed servicing. As I had recently moved into the house, I thought I better get it serviced. They must get details of new house sales. It was working fine. I paid $199 for complete incompetence. The service man who serviced the cooler pulled the filter out and showed me that it needed replacing. I agreed, but asked if the cooler could be used in meantime (as it was summer). He said he would put the filter back and that I could use it while the filters were on order. I used the cooler,...Read more
and water came through upstairs ceiling onto bed and carpet of a bedroom. It turned out that the filter had not been clipped back in properly. The water was sucked back into the system. The company claimed liability and mopped up and arranged for re-painting. However, they also damaged roof tiles and did not inform me. They siliconed them up, and therefore when there are big rain more water came through. After contacting the company they have not assisted with fixing the mess... I have 3 ceilings with water stains and one with mould. I would not recommend this company at all.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

replaced old unit with new one
I didn't realise how poor the old unit was until new unit was installed, very pleased.
Matt and Ryan the technicians were punctual, keen and I could see they really knew their job.
And they walked us through the new controller display, made sure all was operating correctly
so we would know what we were doing.Cheers.

Scam Company
They don’t actually provide any service, apart from disabling your unit, then harass you for payment of having nothing done.
Absolute scam, don’t use them.

Total incompetence
Truly no point calling these guys. I booked a time to service my evaporative cooling system a month ago. They turn up 90 minutes late and then told me they forgot to bring a ladder to get onto the roof. They seemed apologetic so I rescheduled. Second time, they didn’t even bother turning up.
Don’t wast your time! Use someone else

PREMIAIR THE SCAMMERS
The letter they send you is a scam, do not go to this company. They find new houses on the Internet and say that you are previous customers of theirs. You aren't.

$199 deal cost me a working air con
Totally agree with the previous post as I got the same letter about the $199 DEAL and that my Evaporative cooler was due for a service, I had purchased the home 18 months before and the house was 4 years old then so I figured a 5 and a half year old house could do with a air con service. Perfectly working lovely air con is now ruined. After the service in Jan 2017 I was told my unit was in tip top condition and that I would needs pads a few yrs down the track. The next hot day, we had hot air coming out. I rang PremiAir Flow and was told they t...Read more
he service guy had most likely forgotten to reconnect the water or something like that. It was super hot and no air con. Took them 2 weeks to come out, different service guy, said it was fixed and left. Same thing again, repeat twice more. By this time it was early March and the air con was still not right. Finally cold air was coming out but with a lot less force. I thought it would be ok as I was told it would be and the hot weather was gone. So now here we are in Nov 17 and we have a hot spell again and the air con is useless. Absolutely hardly any power, no doors slamming shut anymore and you can't feel air flow at all in the bedrooms, so we are sweating like mad again and I don't know whether to call PremiAir Flow again or just bite the bullet and pay a different company who may know what they are doing. I really really regret getting the $199 service on a unit that was working fine and is no longer ! I have attached the letter I got in the mail but I can't find the receipt for the service, I will upload it as soon as I find it!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Total scam
Received a reminder letter to service the evaporative air conditioning . As we had just purchased the property several months ago the air conditioning was working. A service man came to the property and with in minutes told me the solarnoid needed replacing. Then rang his boss for a quote ... a really suspect phone call as then the conversation was that the pads needed replacing. I felt very uneasy and he was unable to do the service but listed the things that were “faulty”. Not even on the poor petty for ten minutes and charged me $100 for a c...Read more
all out fee. The reminder is very misleading as the letter said ... we will be in your area on these dates and having a special of $199 for the service. Lesson learnt to research companies before using them. Biggest waste of my hard earned $100. Utterly disgraceful.... be warned!!!!!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great Company, I couldn't speak higher!!!
Last year I had an Evaporative Cooler Installed by this company one week before Christmas as mine had decided it just wasn't going to work any more. In desperation I called a few companies who were too busy or too expensive to help me, and I was advised by my sister to call PremiAir Flow who had just installed a new Air Conditioner at her property in Ocean Grove. I called them as all the family were scheduled to come to my house for Christmas and it was extremely hot weather, believe me I was stressing. The friendly staff at PremiAir advised...Read more
they would try and get a Technician out asap, and before I knew it, I had a Service guy knocking at my door. I had been told by a company years before that I would need a new Cooler so I decided now was the time to replace it. PremiAir had a new Unit installed within 48 hours. They were extremely efficient, easy to get along with, and extra helpful. This August I needed a replacement heater, so I called PremiAir and asked for a quotation. A Technician once again came out and looked at the old unit to see if it was repairable and we both decided as it was 25 years old, that this also needed replacing. They gave me a fantastic quote which I decided to go ahead with, I must admit I waited 5 days to have it installed as they were so very busy, but they were again promt, professional and did a wonderful job. I wouldn't hesitate to contact these guys again and have passed on their information to my friends. For those people interested, I have read some of these reviews and I really don't believe them, I always remember there are always two sides to a storey. Give them a call.Similar opinion? Bad and cheapest product, rude tecnician, overpriced
I kept on getting letters from them saying service is overdue. As I bought the house recently I thought the previous owner might have had dealings with them. As my heater was not working properly I rang them up. Boy biggest mistake of my life. The technicians came late and told me the heater needs replacement. I got talked into replacing the cooler as they told me to replace the filter it would cost me more than 1000 dollars. So decided to go ahead with them. they did not turn up on time. Rang the company many times and eventually turned up in ...Read more
the afternoon than morning. Two guys were meant to turn up but only one turned up. He told me the other guy was useless and he did not know where he was. I started having alarm bells as I had already given the advance. He took the old heater and cooler off. replaced it with the new heater. it was 4 pm in the afternoon by then. When I am still waiting for the cooling job done the second person who turned up at 2 PM told me that they cant do the cooling job as they don't have the correct unit to replace. I asked why they took the old cooling unit off without checking if they have the got the correct replacement. I decided to ring the customer care and he was so rude to me stating he was the owner of the company and there is no point ringing the customer care. I had to request multiple times to close my roof as there was significant risk for rain damage. Eventually I had to pay 3000 dollars for the heating job ( the heater was Braemar TQD320 -for which the retail price is no more than 1300 dollars) So just to replace the heater the labor charge is 1700 dollars. also remember there was no duct work involved. They also refused to clean up the mess and left the place with old demolished units. I had to get another company advised by my neighbour to do the cooling job and they told me premiair flow was going to replace my cooler with the cheapest cooling unit in the market. The premiair flow refused to give the itemised bill knowing they will be exposed. SO NEVER NEVER NEVER GO WITH THEM. THE ENTIRE BUSINESS IS JUST A MONEY DRAGGING PIT FROM CUSTOMERS.Similar opinion? PremiAIR is a Scam
Our brand new house was built and completed in June 2014. In 2015 I started receiving Service Overdue notices from PremiAIR Flow Pty Ltd advising that their records indicate that our heating unit was last serviced in 2014. This was NOT even the company who installed our heating unit. The notice was also addressed to Dear Valued Customer. If they had any business history with us, then they would have our name as well. Initially I disposed of the notice thinking it was a simple error however, when they continued arriving I telephoned the company ...Read more
and advised that their records were inaccurate and to please stop sending the notices. The female I spoke to apologised and assured me that our address will be removed from their database however, the notices kept arriving. I consequently emailed the company advising that PremiAIR could not have serviced our heating unit in 2014 as the house was only built in 2014 and the installer was NOT PremiAIR. I received a reply apologising for the error (although no explanation as to how they obtain their information) and that they would delete our address from their records. That was about 2 months ago. Well guess what... On Monday 28 August 2017 I received another Service Overdue reminder but this time, their records indicate that our heating unit was last serviced in March 2013. Yes you read right... MARCH 2013. Our house wasn't even built then. I believe PremiAIR is conducting a random Scam scare campaign in order to drum up business. I threatened the company with legal action to stop this harassment. UPDATE: As at 11 July 2022, I have not received any further correspondence from them.Similar opinion?
