Tricky - but a brilliant result
The element had gone on our 35 year old wall oven. When Teo, the technician, came to replace it, the elements' he has on hand for our brand of oven were not the correct size. Bearing in mind the age of our oven we were unsure if he would be able to source one. This he did and rang back within 30 mins to say he would be able to pick up the correct element and install it the next day. True to his word he arrived as arranged, but it ended up the job was a lot bigger than expected (he had to remove the wall oven to earth the element properly). ...Read more
He made the job look easy but we could appreciate that his many years experience in this type of work stood him in good stead - he had seen this sort of problem before. Great Customer Service
My Miele dishwasher had stopped draining & with a busy family I needed to get it fixed fast. I booked online & was scheduled an appointment the next morning. The service technician Prem called 20 minutes before arrival, he arrived on time & was friendly & helpful. He identified the blockage (a chip of ceramic) & had the dishwasher working again perfectly. Service with a smile & all at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Premium Appliance Repair and use them in the future. Thanks Prem for your great service.
