Sent an enquiry via email. Received reply within 5minutes from Matt. Whilst Pure Ventilation did not have a product to suit my requirements, dust extraction, he was very helpful and provided some alternatives.

Ordered on, using a misleading, pre order button, needed the things for a renovation starting in two weeks. The email I received said expected delivery in 3 weeks, now nearly a month later, another email update says another month or more to wait.

December 2nd 2022 Update: Worst service ever

Ordered early October, said it would be here in a few weeks, now December I received another email stating yet more delays.
Do not order from these people.
Delay after delay means the renovation people have now long gone and still nothing from the P* Ventilation.

After purchasing the Luna Quiet Boost Ceiling Exhaust Fan, I noticed a small problem with the fan. I contacted Pure Ventilation who were very helpful and have sorted the issue out most satifactorily. Many thanks to Jenny at Pure Ventilation.

Online ordering system easy to navigate even when building up a couple of custom inline exhaust systems to suit my needs. Interstate overnight delivery from placement of order, can't ask for more than that. Had a minor issue with a damaged item but customer service was excellent, the part was replaced & sent as soon as my postage free return for assessment was received. Staff were very helpful and courteous making the entire process pleasurable even with a minor hiccup. Thank you Pure Ventilation team, will most definitely recommend you to friends.

Staff knew their product well and were able to advise on alternatives. Very friendly. The product arrived interstate within 24 hours to a destination where most couriers will not consider going. Even the courier was happy. From start to finish it was a positive experience.

Fan damaged upon delivery. Immediately called Declan, returned goods and received replacement in quick time. Declan was very polite and charming. I would recommend Pure Ventilation to my friends without hesitation.

Purchased an in-line fan and back draft shutter. Dealt with several staff members as a result of needing to work out exactly which products we needed. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. Particular thanks to Garry for his help in resolving an issue around availability of a specific item and providing us with a great alternative.

I have just installed a heat transfer kit from PV. The system is performing to my expectations and the advertised specifications. The German supplied fan is a very robust design, was easy to install and is quiet. The fan can just be heard in the roof (with R4 insulation) which is a good thing because I like to know when the fan is running.
One of the ducts got damaged during delivery and was promptly replaced by PV customer service.

I've had several dealings with Pure Ventilation and all have been positive experiences. Their website is easy to navigate, there is helpful technical advice, and the prices are competitive. Recently, one of the fans I purchased stopped working - a replacement was sent immediately, and they arranged pick-up of the old one - and all done with a professional and friendly manner.

Purchased external air vent grilles. Arrived quickly and exactly what I needed. Then purchased internal fan cones and they also arrived quickly. Sadly the cones didn't suit what I wanted but they were happy to refund them minus a small fee. Fantastic service all round. Emails answered promptly and lovely staff to deal with.

Purchased a Metro Pro Ceiling Exhaust Fan 250mm for its high output air flow 400m3/h from Pure Ventilation. The product was delivered from interstate within 2 business working days. This is a class leading product for price, minimum weight (2.06 kg), power consumption 42 W, quietness in operation and air flow rate, unmatched by any other ceiling exhaust fan product in the market, for bathroom ventilation!

For such a small order (a base model inline fan) I was surprised at the prompt and efficient response. Just a week from placing the order to delivery in southern Tasmania. Would highly recommended Pure Ventilation.

The email communication I received from Pure-Ventilation was nicely courteous towards the queries I had. Meanwhile my order from Pure Ventilation of a Ducting-Transition-Piece arrived on spec the next day (to my interstate destination) - I was impressed.

Purchased a bathroom fan/vent form this company. purchased 'top of the line product' Purchased the wrong size, unfortunately. Contacted pure ventilation for a straight swap over ( Product was opened for 5 min from box). [name removed] on the phone advised that a swop over shouldn't be a problem.

Was told to place all in email ( in writing ). Did so. Now received an email stating that if the box is opened ( normal old brown box with ducting tape to close) then we cannot replace or exchange.

So angry and upset. It makes sense that you can't leave I am waiting for a manager response. TBC

I could not be more impressed with the after sales service of Pure Ventilation, i had a faulty inline fan and reported it on Monday, Tuesday they confirmed they would replace it, Wednesday the new one was delivered !
No fuss, no unnecessary multiple checks, not postal charges. VERY IMPRESSED. Thanks to Jenny in Sales and the Pure Ventilation Team - i will be back to buy more items

Poor quality products. Thermostat switch was useless and poor quality. Internal air vent vibrated, the external air vent grille just falls off. [name removed] refused to let me speak with a Manager and simply argued that I got what I paid for. Disgraceful
