I ordered a few products from this company for some time now and the latest product that I brought was an inline exhaust fan with the ducting and connections . One product that arrived was damaged and I notify them on the day of delivery and they replaced it within 2 days.

Ordered wrong fan but left it too late to return - the company kindly gave me a discount on the correct fan. Unfortunately the new fan had a problem so I contacted company - fixed in 2 days. Excellent service. Products are good too.

I had purchased a 200mm inline fan which ran well for a few months and then had a fault. I found their website very easy to build your own cart and then to place the order. I actually made a mistake on my order and phoned them the next day and they just managed to stop my order from being shipped, then put it on hold, and allowed me to make the changes and then they still shipped it the same day. We ordered a Luna 200. It was installed by the electrician, but it was making an unusual sound. Both the distributor and the retailer suggested we check the backdraft shutter. However, after doing this, we still were not happy. The retailer (Pure Ventilation) offered to replace it which they did within 48 hours. This included the transportation. The replacement is now in place and we are delighted with both the look of the product - very stylish - and the functionality. Customer Service from Pure Ventilation was first class. Thank you.
