This is the best exhaust system I have ever bought. It’s works exactly as I need it to. Both light and exhaust is better than I had before - a marked difference. I bought it from Pure Ventilation and a minor issue was rectified by Emily of customer service immediately - great service from a quality company and a great and highly recommended product.

Very impressed with order help and communication. When a fan I pre-orderd was delayed Jeff helped me find an alternative.

I required specific information on location of components so that I could build support for a wall fan prior to delivery. (Plasterers we’re about to sheet out bathroom).
Charlie responded immediately by email with all the information I requested attached.

Pure Ventilation has a very extensive range of products at great prices. The exhaust I ordered was at least $100 less than elsewhere, and interstate delivery was free and fast. Both Charlie and Matt were a delight to deal with and I would go straight to Pure Ventilation if I needed anything else.

I purchased an Airbus 300 Exhaust Fan on 25/8/21 to be installed in my kitchen.. Pure Ventilation Sales people were very polite and informative as to the correct fan for my needs. Delivery was very fast. However when my electrician installed the fan it was found to be faulty and very noisy. I contacted Pure Ventilation immediately who advised me to send a video of the noisy fan. This I did and they contacted the manufacturer Ventair on my behalf. Within a few days a replacement fan arrived under warranty. The exhaust fan is now working perfectly. I was very pleased with the service I received from Pure Ventilation to correct this unfortunate situation.

Was looking for a motor to take moisture out of sub floor and found the website "Pure Ventilation" and they're awesome with help over the chat session and they've got so many variety of products related to Ventilation!

I have yet to receive my order, but I must compliment Jeff on his help when there was a problem with the order. He sorted it out in a most professional, friendly and speedy manner. Great service!

Pure ventilation has done a great job. The customer service is excellent. Super fast shipping, received my order in 2 days. Also one of my order had water damage during transit. All I had to do was to send an email with the pictures, within a day they responded with a replacement and shipped it the same day. I think I made the right choice to use pure ventilation. Would strongly recommend pure ventilation to anyone without second thoughts.

Bought the Mercator Domino 3 in 1, heat, fan and led light, easy secure payment, confirmation email, and item arrived within a week. The fan failed to run after 2 minutes, which caused the heat lamp to over heat, shutting that down to.
Reported this to the sales team, and after some more details they offered a replacement unit through the manufacturer, which arrived 3 days later.

I ordered a few products from this company for some time now and the latest product that I brought was an inline exhaust fan with the ducting and connections . One product that arrived was damaged and I notify them on the day of delivery and they replaced it within 2 days.
