Great service and a beautiful home!
The build of my home was managed very well, and the team did their best to answer any and all of my questions as a first home buyer!
The finished home is really beautiful, with high quality specifications as standard and only minor fixes such as paint or cleaning needed once complete.
Qattro was great at handling any issues quickly and professionally!
There were no sneaky charges or hidden costs and Qattro helped set up services and utilities free of charge (and provided a lovely welcome pack as well).
I would definitely build with Qattro again.

Horrible Company, would not recommend
Very friendly sales people in the beginning but once we signed the contract and paid our deposit, Qattro then deferred all communication to their q1000 system. They removed all personal communication, we were no longer able to call or talk to anyone at Qattro about our build, we could only communicate with them via their online q1000 system portal which they took weeks and sometime months to respond to and then would provide unhelpful responses.

go slow and took 12 months to complete the last 10%. We believe they were using our money to fund work on other Qattro developments and not work our property. Workers would appear on our site on mass for a couple of days and then disappear for up to six weeks at a time before they returned. The people that we were able to interact with at Qattro in both administrative and building disciplines lacked the experience and professional skills required to deal with the complexities of large scale urban house construction projects within South Australia. Qattro are a poorly led, amateur hebel box builders who fail to deliver, have poor communication and unskilled workers. We had a horrible experience and would not recommend you use Qattro to build a property in South Australia.

All too easy
Since the completion of our home we've had no hassles whatsoever.
The house was finished to a very high standard and i had a tenant within two weeks of completion.
I've only had to deal with one company (Qattro) and they've taken care of everything.

Investing Made Easy!
We purchased our first property with Qattro 3 years ago and followed up with a second one a year later. The entire process from selecting our property to having it tenanted & managed has been seemless. Good for price vs quality.
My wife and I purchased a home from Qattro at noarlunga downs as we liked the design and location. They did take a bit longer to finish than promised but did pay some rent at the end of build. On handover we did find some minor quality issues, over painting, small cracks doors not lining up etc which they have repaired most of these problems. Overall when it comes to builders I would describe Qattro as the better of a bad bunch. Would recommend Qattro thanks for reading.

Best Build Experience I've had!
The Qattro team have been amazing before, during and after my build!

The team worked tirelessly to get the build under way and I had the keys to my home 3 months later. The build process was smooth, no hiccups that the team didn't fix promptly and without any drama. The initiative that the team took while building my home was appreciated and so amazing. I have been in touch with the Qattro team for the last months post build and no surprises at all that they have been excellent at sorting out maintenance issues and helping me with anything I need.Similar opinion? Professional and Friendly
I first made contact with the Director of Qattro in December 2016 and he was happy to chat with me over the phone for 20+ minutes to go through the history of Qattro and his background. Having never built a home before my wife and I wanted to do some research before committing. We bought a piece of land shortly after and signed up with them in Jan 2017.

will say that the service we have experience so far has been excellent. We don’t have a budget for a flash house with flash finishing’s etc and Qattro understood this from the get go. The design and size of the house is more than ample for our small family. We essentially just wanted a good yard for our son and dogs to play! At the moment we are in a small townhouse so this place is going to be a big upgrade for our family. Our land location is inside 15km of Brisbane CBD so the budget on the house was going to be kept modest. They have been fantastic in keeping in touch and being patient with us whilst we get our finances sorted. Everything that could be done in advance when we were ready to get going has been done. We were dreading the day of picking our finishing’s but we needn’t have. The partner of the Director handles and organises this and she was fantastic. It was a long day but we were very happy with the service and the ranges we got to choose from. We are fairly easy going people with relaxed attitudes to wall colours and tiles etc etc. This seems to suit Qattro, who are much the same, relaxed but very much professional and attentive to our needs and requests. We are going to use a friend who is an air-conditioning specialist and has offered an excellent price on a ducted system. This wasn’t an issue for Qattro at all, the Director is more than happy to accommodate our friend to do the install when the time comes later in 2017.Similar opinion? Worst experience so far
Worst experience so far. Our handover happened in June'17 and we are still chasing with them to get the defects fixed. We have experienced every kind of starting from the design to handover and after that as well like electrical failure, leakage in bathroom, broken benchtop, I can write a book on how they messed up with the NBN conduit and how they tried to cheat me on the fence rebate. I seriously doubt the quality of the built.

s, he asked me not to send any emails to him and check with the local director. The response I get for him that the issues are normally and industry is too busy to fix the defects. I wanted to ask him what if we said the same when paying his invoices. I will strongly suggest to stay away form this company. Poor customer service and communication
Worst customer service once you have signed to build. I signed in August, finalised variations in September 2016. They insisted on being paid for the land portion of the build in Dec 2016 so the slab pour could be scheduled. It is now July the following year and I'm still waiting for my slab to be laid.
I have called (goes to an answering service) and left messages to call back, no-one calls back. I have emailed also - no response, I have called the original Sales Person also, it goes through to message bank and the calls don't get return...Read more
ed. I have contacted through their Customer Portal - Still no response. The build is not complete and they have sneaky clauses in the contract to cover their butts, my plan of being in the new home by Dec 2017 is clearly not going to happen as the slab still isn't poured! The pure lack of communication is frustrating and very unprofessional, think twice before signing as once the land portion is paid, don't expect anyone to be helpful after this time. From signing to build time, considering it is a small dwelling, 18 months build time is ridiculous!1 comment

poor workmanship and client communication
Qattro built an off-the-plan apartment for me in Marden which was completed in December 2015. The quality of workmanship is poor. I had out of square skirtings, a misaligned sliding door, scratches on my cabinetry, clouts showing through paint on walls. They appear more interested in more making money than serving individual clients when it comes down to the crunch. All my contract drawings as well as the particular development link on the main website show a wrap around to the balcony of my apartment. Qattro for whatever reason (still don't know why - perhaps to save money) decided not to build the wrap around - didn't even let me know. They have refused to compensate me for this. On the plus side the have a few very friendly staff.

Any Arabella Apartment buyers getting as frustrated as I am with the delays and lack of communication? Last time I've heard from them was in mid-September, over the last 2 weeks I've called the office twice (no one is ever there to give me answers), the agency principal once (straight to voicemail), and emailed them twice, all with no answer.

HI Ana, I'm in the same position. The receptionist has been very friendly but she can't help me with the information I need. I've never experienced such poor communication. I signed in September 2016 so over 2 years now. Unbelievable. I'm currently moving from house sit to house sit and having to impose on family. It's such a disruption I wish I'd never signed with them.
Ana and Sonja! yes! I can't believe the delays with the Arabella apartments. It's beyond a joke. Furthermore, communication has been extremely poor. Even on my walk through, it seemed they couldn't answer any of my queries. Every question I've ever asked I'm told "someone will get back to me..." i agree the receptionist is friendly but in reality she can't help with anything. Similar boat- wish I had never signed with them.
Hi all, Unbelieved poor organisation and communication of this company. They arranged a home to home induction to me with an uncleaned apartment even workers were still working inside ! Now I have to contact Consumer and business service for advice, because of the poor workmanship and the number of defects I have found.

We were at the point of evicting them from the site. We chose to appoint an aggressive and independent project manager to remove the stress. Small cost compared with your overall investment.
Yes!!! My build was scheduled to finish in mid May 2018 and we're still awaiting handover. I've been given multiple dates in the past 2 weeks and so far, there has been problem after problem preventing handover. They tried to handover a home with no power, no sinks downstairs, a hole out the front, and a skip in the driveway on Tuesday.
Hope youve had some luck Nat. Looks like a few more people have moved in since.

Our build should have taken 7 months. It has taken almost 15 months!!!! No we’re trying to address a long list of defects.

still wasn't ready!! The latest practical completion date is meant to be tomorrow, the 6th of July 2018......... its still not close, I will be lucky to be in the house by August at this rate!! Look at all of your options before deciding to build with Qattro. I've recently learnt this week that a handful of other people are in the same boat as me, one guy was in the forces and being deployed and had to put his stuff in the home and have builders work around it while he is away....... not ideal!
