Excellent service and quickly fixed. I was away so my wife had to deal with this problem and RACV home assist was a perfect solution. I would throughly recommend this service to anyone

One of the isolation valves on a flick mix type started leaking on Saturday evening. Water was everywhere so we called RACV Home Assist. All fixed in a couple of hours. How good was that service? Excellent.

Was advised by a neighbour there was a couple broken roof tiles. Rang RACV Assist and within 1 hour tradesman had arrived and was able to replace and silicone tiles back in place. As more rain was due this saved any further damage to my house. A great service.

Taps is laundry decided to let go flooding the back part of our house at 11pm. Rang Home Assist and within an hour the plumber was at our doorstep. Washers replaced and our mind pit to ease.

This is the second time I have had Ray help with problems. In both cases he has been efficient and friendly. I cannot fault the service either time. The first was for a major overflow of an old water tank in the roof where I was losing 10 liters of water per hour, this time it was the toilet leaking. Both issues were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction

Called for a burst pipe on a Saturday. Plumber arrived with no desire or intention to fix the problem and instead said I’ll get someone to contact you on Monday to discuss a quote then left. Meanwhile my family was expected to not have any water until then. Rang back and was transferred through to a manger of who supposedly arranges the tradesmen who gave even less of a care. Called my own plumber who fixed on the spot within 30mins. Will be canceling this service on Monday.

Had a burst pipe, called the service and was told WITHIN an hour waited 2 hours again told within ANOTHER HOUR plumber will come, waited for 2hr 50min.No one came.

Trevor was very efficient and after checking the situation and fixed the problem quickly. He also explained situation clearly and told me what to do if it happend again Very good service from RACV and Trevor the plumber. Thank you.

our plumber was excellent. Very efficient, solved our leaking taps on washing machine problem quickly - no fuss, everything sorted to our satisfaction. We would recommend RACV emergency service. Very polite and helpful.

Mixer tap in on-suite wouldn't stop.
Called the service - within an hour a polite, knowledgeable, communicative plumber arrived and made it safe. Also diagnosed an underlying problem and gave great advice.

First time I try to use the service, I'm told " sorry not covered" ( the kitchen stove)
I am so annoyed I cancel the service.
Weeks later a further monthly service fee is debited from my account.
I am currently on hold trying to resolve this farce.
I expect better from RACV!

From placing the call, to the plumber coming out was fabulous !
Kitchen tap mixer was secured back into place preventing an accident ready to happen with my elderly mum.

Plumber arrived within the hour to fix a flowing tap, which couldn't be turned off. The fix was handled very efficiently. My elderly step-mum lives at this house, and was quite distressed. It is a terrific service to have to get emergencies like this fixed quickly.

Late on a sunny Sunday afternoon wrapping up a day of gardening a knock on the garden tap caused a burst pipe below the ground resulting in no water to the house. Once my shock had passed, a quick phone call to RACV home assist had a plumber booked in under 5 minutes with Eli L plumbing on site in about 45 minutes. 20 minutes later job done, water back on and all I had to do was make one phone call on the worst day of the week to get a trade on site. RACV home assist - worth every cent. Thanks to Eli L for a great job and RACV assist for excellent customer service.
