My only complaint was that once documents were sent, it was a little confusing about who I was dealing with. Reduce Home Loans are the face of the loans, Mortgage Ezy are who you contact re: settlement, and Adelaide Bank is the final destination.....
but that final destination is the best rate in the market.

Bit difficult during the set up but once it is set, just enjoy the low rates for the rest of life :-). One thing you need to understand is that they provide such a low rate as they have to reduce their costs. Due to this, you don't normally get a help with application process as of being re-financed by big banks or through a Loan Agent but, those efforts are worth enough for the rates offered.

Reduce was very easy to work with. No addition fees. Lowest interest rates. Great service! Easy online platform to use. They ring you to ensure you're still happy with the product.

Great rate for refinancing. Found service a little more complicated than dealing with bank direct. Could be improved by having one consultant providing clear information and returning calls in a more timely manner. Service during settlement was great.

I am very happy with my low interest rate, making my repayments lower and more manageable. The broker was excellent but there was a hold up with the settlement which then didn't settle until after Christmas. There appeared to be some communication break downs during this process, but overall the customer service is excellent.

The interest rate is great, one of the best in the market.
The refinancing process took a very long time.
The online banking portal feels outdated and is not user friendly.

We are very happy with our awesome deal, low interest rates and the extra effort made to meet our short settlement time. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is while the people and broker are lovely people to talk too we found our broker quite hard to contact at necessary times. This meant our settlement was 3 days late. Thankfully all worked out ok and we are happy with our overall experience so far.

easy application process. However some smaller stuff ups due to lack of accuracy, which got resolved eventually from Reduce Home Loans.
