Overall, I was satisfied with my home loan experience with Reduced Home Loans and have also recommended them to colleagues and friends. Costs were minimal, however the application process can take some time. Though I was advised that this will be rectified in the near future. Definitely would recommend in order to save money on your home loan.

The home loan rate provided was very attractive and is initially why I went with Reduced Home Loans.
I had a short settlement date and was worried it may not be met however the team at Reduced Home Loans was able to complete the application and have contracts ready for my review and signing within 4 weeks.

I have converted multiple loans through reduce. Nick Freney sorted everything out. Talk to him if you want to cut a percent off your loan with the big 4. He will always call you back and answer emails. My process took a while to go through but I had alot of loans to sort out. Thanks Reduced for your support.

Good luck if you’re going with them. I had to make 50 calls to find out about my home loan that was just for a refinance. No one calls you back no one follows up. No one bothers to do anything. Charge you $1200 approx app fees etc. and get crap service. Might as well go with other banks or online lenders but not them. Be aware. Rate is little low but service is worst!!!!

Documentation process was bit confusing and took longer than we thought but at the end it all went well and settlement was very smooth and quick. online account is very simple and easy to manage. Debit visa cards come in handy and you can use your offset account to pay for things. Best of all the low and competitive interest rate is saving us lot of money compared to our previous lender. Very good customer service and they are always happy to help via emails or phone. Overall very happy with the switch to reduce home loans from one of the big banks.

Great rates, great protal and product. Takes a bit of time to set-up but completely worth it in the end with the cheapest rate on the market! They told me they are working to improve on that so definitely the place to go for a loan.

Before I chose Reduce Home Loan, I have some conservation about the online home loan service provider. RHL team members are extremely helpful and provide assistance on time to help me through the loan application process smoothly. Their online home loan signing experience is incredible and I would say it beat any major bank bureaucracy! I would not hesitate to use their service again and recommend it to anyone else.
