Good

We have been really happy with this heater, although I am certainly no expert as this is the first gas heater we have bought so did not really have any expectations other than a heater that effectively heats up an open plan house, which this did very well.
Heats up well, especially if you have an open plan living area. We have found this heater to be a godsend since getting rid of the electric heater and converting to gas.
Yes the fan can be a little on the noisy side and yes it does emit a slight gas odour but not unbearably so

Very good gas heater for large spaces and with no exposed flame is safe for use around small children. Also has a child lock setting so they can't operate the controls.
Excellent heat output - heats our large open plan living area beautifully. Several different operating modes to suit various conditions.
Fan can be a little noisy at times.

Hello Abbey you would need a gas line from an lpg bottle i believe only the fan will work without gas so no heating without gas.
